ホテルからは街の中心街に近く、駅からも歩いて行ける距離でロケーションはとても良いです。部屋の雰囲気も良いのですが、鍵が古く開けにくい、シャワーにカーテンがない、トイレか臭うことが気になりました。エレベーターが無いので、重いスーツケースは運びにくいです。

急遽、早く到着してしまったが、アーリーチェックインさせてもらった（追加料金はあり）。当ホテルでのランドリーサービスは無し。ただ、近くのランドリーを紹介してもらうなど、親切な対応でした。

The chambre was roomy enough and the bath tab was extremely large.But there was no elevator and the stair way was partly broken. The breakfast price was so expensive as 30 euros per person.

数百年の歴史を感じる建物だが、内装は雰囲気を残しつつも綺麗になっていて素敵な部屋でした。冬の滞在でしたが空調も効いていて、またシャワーもすぐにお湯が出てきて快適に過ごせました。利用でき古い建物ののため、大きなトランクを持ち上げるのは、女性では大変かもしれません。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーな方ばかりです。またボーヌに訪れる際は利用したいホテルです。

城壁の中にあって、伝統的な中庭のある建物が素敵でした。 接客も親切でフレンドリーです。 また利用したいです。

ボーヌの駅から城壁に入り少し行くとあるので、荷物を預けて、早速出かけられます。そこから中心の広場やインフォメーションセンターへも近く、ホテルを拠点にあちこち行動しやすかったです。古さを感じられる木や石の階段を４階まで上り、最上階ならではの太い梁のある部屋は趣がありました。価格も安いと思いました。ボーヌは、ワインという現役第一級の産業をベースにしているので、古いけれど観光だけに頼ったりしていないしっかり今を生きている町のようで、１泊してその美しさと堅実さを感じられ、良かったなあと思いました。

ボーヌの古い時代にタイムスリップできます。中庭での朝食も気持ちがよく、スタッフはとってもフレンドリーでした。浴槽・エアコンがないこと、鍵になれるのに時間ががかることがマイナス点です。連泊をおすすめします。

スタッフは若くて良い人で、英語も通じるのでよかったです。 Wifi通じるとあるのですが、すぐ切れてしまったりで安定はしていませんでした。 部屋は1月ですが暖房がよく暖かかったです。 あえて言えば、絨毯が少しにおうぐらいですが、1泊だったのであまり気になりませんでした。

スタッフの方がみなさん感じが良くて親切でした。 中庭での朝食も気持ちよく、部屋も清潔で快適。立地もボーヌの中心街や駅にも近くて便利でした。 エアコンがついていませんでしたが、気候がカラッとしていて涼しいので、8月中旬の、日本はもっとも暑い時期でしたが、問題ありませんでした。日中は日差しがきつく、それなりに暑かったですが。 インターネットはフロントでパスワードを発行してもらってWiFiに繋ぐ、という形でした。無料でした。

Beautiful old hotel not far from the main square. No restaurant so we walked a bit to find a few good places. Go on a weekend for free street parking. Room was very cool, but on the second floor—watch out if you have heavy bags. Very quiet. I don’t recommend their little buffet breakfast for an additional 15€; it was bad drip coffee and puce of cheese and sliced baguette—totally not worth it.

Frukostbuffé som var helt ok. Trevlig personal och ett typiskt fransk hotell i gammal stil och med hög mysfaktor. Bakgården var super.

Staff was amazing, room was cute. Our room opened up to the breakfast area which was weird but it was nice.

We only stayed 2 nights. The room was ok but there was not enough plug sockets. The fridge was hot, I put my babies milk in it and in the morning it was like it had been microwaved. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but I feel like a few small improvements could be made - the textured wall paper needs to go too!

Meget venlig og hjælpsomt personale. Hyggeligt værelse med alt hvad vi skulle bruge - også en god AC. Virkelig god morgenmad. Alt hvad du skal bruge i Frankrig og lidt til - serveret i et skønt område. Dog larmer værelset meget - vi vågnede kl. 01 af vores overboer kom hjem og hele vores loft knirkede forde de bare gik rundt. Ikke et stille værelse.

This hotel is in a very old building. There is no lift, so you must carry your luggage up and down the stairs. We are older and found this to be difficult. The hotel is located close to the heart of town, so good from that perspective, but it is a 15 minute walk from the train station. There are no taxi's in Beaune, so the only way was to walk with luggage. This was challenging for us. There is come charm in an old building, but this didn't have it. The bathroom left much to be desired. There is a bathtub only, with a hand wand "shower", but nothing mounted to the wall to fasten the hand wand to so that one could "shower". Getting into and out of the tub was challenging, no hand rails or something hold onto. The hotel would benefit from offering car service to and from the train station.
