ホテルのスタッフの方々はみんな優しくて、カスタマーサービスは良かったです。 お部屋は清潔でしたし、立地も歴史地区の近くで観光しやすかったです。 ただ、ダウンタウンのストリート沿いにあるホテルなので、夜になったら近くのカラオケバー？からの騒音が気になりました。 耳栓が持っていくと良いかと思います。。

close to everything that matters in Mexico City..museums, restaurants, entertainment..room was quiet, clean, staff gave sound advice, restaurant served great coffee..quiet enough for sound sleep..real bargains around for sale..like Nike gear, Mexico City never disappoints

El portero del turno de la noche es pésimo, la persona que te recibe debería de tener otro tipo de personalidad. No cumplieron con lo que reservé, eran dos camas y al final nos dieron una matrimonial.

El hotel estuvo dispuesto a resolver las situaciones incómodas que se presentaron. Al final estuvo bien. Tiene una excelente ubicación, hay muchos sitios donde comer cerca y para visitar también hay muchos sitios de interés. Volveré.

Room was clean and fairly contemporary. Small, no air conditioning but a fan in the ceiling. If someone in the same stack showered you definitely heard it. Internet was hit and miss. We were there 5 days and sometimes had to go to the lobby for access. We were there during Chinese New Year. Went on several days and you definitely heard the drumming and fire crackers. Restaurant was good but was a bit of a guessing game as to when they took credit card or not. Ask first. Restaurant was closed Sunday night. Lots of food in Chinatown across the street. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Considering it's in Centro I would stay again. Ask for the Pasteleria Ideal up the street. Also enjoyed Tok's on Av. Juarez for dinner.

La habitación estaba muy bien, aunque prefiero con tina de baño (no se sabe cuáles tienen y cuáles no). Personal muy amable.

El servicio y ayuda que el botones atendió el viernes 20 de Febrero, durante todo el día le estuvimos preguntando ya que era la primera vez que fuimos a México y muy amablemente nos orientó.

Good room but missed air conditioning on hot nights. Also Chinatown is right on same street so Chinese new year has been really loud every day. Would really benefit from a small fridge and even a coffee maker and/or kettle in the room. Hotel restaurant very good and reasonable prices but be prepared to pay cash as Visa option not always available.
