All the time noisy. Very trouble! We all can't sleep well. Will not book on next time!

Under expected. We all cant rest well. Horrible car noise until midnight.

1. AC tidak dingin di kamar family suite Lt. 3, 2. Breakfast tidak informative & kurang enak, 3. Pelayanannya kurang ramah .

AC tidak dingin di kamar 403 (family suite) dan informasi breakfast tidak clear dan berbeda. Pelayanannya kurang ramah.

facilities are quite old and security is not really good

Not good at all when you check-in and there is no room which you have been paid already
