Enough space room, not big but nice pool and nice pool bar, I was satisfied everything in case of this price. Location was also good, very close to the beach area and a lot of restaurant. I recommended to visit local restaurants along beach side. For the young couple, it’s better to stay at las Americas area to enjoy night life, but for the family, here is good. Definitely I would like to use this hotel again.

We had a lovely 7 night stay at Sunset Harbour. The apartments had recently been renovated to a high standard. The filtered water tap in the kitchen a thoughtful addition and saves lugging water upstairs! Sun terrace a good size - enough for a table & 4 chairs plus 2 sun loungers. The pool area was clean and not overrun with sun loungers. The booking system for loungers was sensible so no early morning scramble. Plenty places to eat & drink nearby. We’ll certainly be back 😎

Lovely apartments clean and fresh. Was very noisy late in nights in block Q. But I didn’t mind but others might. Will definitely stay again.

All girls (family) holiday. Chill out stay. Weather could have been better but better than home! 7 days of no plans - great. Live this resort and complex.

Bed is a pull down bed very uncomfortable we left early to get a sun bed you have to que up the day before to reserve for the following day plus side is good location

Terrific location and views of the beach and glorious sunsets -- if you are assigned one of those rooms. The apartment we had was fabulous. But the first two nights had to stay in a ground floor apartment -- those do not have private terraces and have bars on the windows which is unpleasant. But a lovely property, great staff, lovely pool and restaurant and the flats in the upper floors are modern, well appointed and very spacious. The management makes it clear they cannot assign rooms until the day you arrive so you have no say in which room you'll be assigned.

One bedroom apartment has all the facilities including drinking water on tap. These facilities are at a high standard in terms of quality & style. One bedroom apartments have different standards of balcony --- some are large & some are relatively small --- some have lots of sunshine & some very little --- pot luck which you get. Not keen on the regulated pool/sunbed scheme.

Property was lovely and staff could not have been more helpful. Our first room overlooked a bar across the street (very noisy all night) and they moved us with no issues the next morning. We will definitely be back.

Our 2 bed apartment was huge and also had a sofa bed in the lounge area. Air con was amazing which is very important to me. Staff were really friendly and the onsite restaurants were great. Will definitely stay here again

Majoitus sujui mukavasti koko loman ajan. Erityismainintana mukava henkilökunta joka kertoi viikon ohjelmasta sekä kysyi kuinka majoitus sujuu viestitse. Ainoa miinus oli että hotelliin kuului illalla kovasti biletys, mutta meitä se ei niin haitannut. 😊

just a chilled out time and a place to sleep,,out most of the time ,this is one of the most central complex and and never seen any anti social behaviour been coming here for 15 years plus.frindly staff at check in etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and we couldn't fault our room. Bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was clean and well maintained. The pool bar was a nice bonus too.

Recently stayed for 4 nights and the noise in around the hotel and in particular outside our room was horrendous and was so loud that even with ear plugs couldn’t sleep until the music stopped at around 1am. Did request a quiet room prior to going and on arrival at check in as had read a number of reviews regarding the noise outside the rooms. That request was clearly ignored.

3 night stay! Great hotel, great staff only thing was towels weren’t changed once on the stay but everything else was great

Disappointing balcony had very limited sun on it having had a brilliant apartment the year before . Swimming pool heating not working meaning the pool was too cold and unusable

Only thing we missed was the pool bar, such a loss

Stay here once a year, clean and big apartments ideal for a family of 4. Great location and the staff are all lovely
