Good price, good room, good location. Car park situation only a small bother in an otherwise ideal stay.

２歳の息子と二人で、友人を訪ねてブリスベンに行きました。空港からはタクシーで15分、30ドルくらいですぐに着きました。 アパートメントタイプのホテルに長く泊まるのは初めてだったのですが、子どものマグを洗ったり朝ごはんを作って食べさせたり、とても快適に過ごせました。またショッピングモールも大通りを渡るとすぐにあるので、そこで買い物も出来てとても便利です。 部屋は大きくないけど、二人で過ごすにはちょうどいい広さ、バスタブがなくシャワーだけというのが子連れにはちょっときつかったので、4点にしています。

何と言っても大型ショッピングセンターが歩いて3分ほどのところあって、日々の食事やお土産などの買い物などを楽しめました。 私はアパートメント形態のホテルを利用したのは初めてでしたが、ショッピングセンター内のスーパーで食料品を買ってホテルで調理して食べたりしてオーストラリアの日常生活を体験できました。また、ショッピングセンターを抜けたところに大きく静かな公園があってオーストラリアの自然を感じる散策を楽しめたことも良かったです。

After hours check in was seamless and room was perfect for my needs. Great location close to amenities.

The room was nice and was spacious for a one bedroom. On arrival, there was no hot water. I informed reception and was told that the mains water had been turned off by the council and the water would be hot later in the evening. This did not happen and the following morning there was still no hot water. I understand that something like this may be beyond your control, but as someone who works in hospitality, I can see that you don’t have a procedure in place for unplanned events. I’m not impressed as I’d travelled for 11 hours and couldn’t have a hot shower either in the evening or following morning. For the price charged per night it’s not unreasonable to expect this.

Unit was nice. Staff were lovely. Shopping centre just across the road which is very handy. Light breakfast nook was a bonus. Would stay again for the location and convenience.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location walking distance to Chermside shopping center. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. The only negative was a slight unpleasant smell walking into the room. Not sure what that was.

I had a wonderful stay, with everything I needed. Spacious, with everthing I needed to cook a light meal. The brekkie to go was wonderful with a great coffee machine.

Excellent service most of the time. It only take one staff member to ruin my stay.

Great location near Chermside plaza. Good under cover parking. The included’Grab and Go’ breakfast which included cereal , canned fruit ,bread and jam etc which you collect near reception and take to your apartment to prepare was a good inclusion. One bedroom apartment was very spacious. Staff were very helpful. Good WiFi.

great room, convenient location

The room was very spacious and had all the amenities that you expect from the Quest brand. The single beds were tiny, so made them uncomfortable for sleeping on and I ended up sleeping on the couch. The staff were terrific and the location was perfect. It was a 2 min walk to the Chermside shopping centre, 10 mins to the Services Club and the Indian restaurant next door was the best that we have had in a long time! Will come back if they invest in king single beds.

Clean, cozy, fast internet, and has a beautiful view. All the staff were also friendly. I love that I can cook too.
