When I booked the room, it had a free breakfast. But when we had our breakfast, they let us pay for it. When I check the voucher again, the free breakfast is gone. Right before I booked, I checked for the free break fast all over again and I am certain that it is included. 😞

very friendly staff and accommodating,the hot shower is not working in the room but over all I was satisfied tho. room 31

Very difficult to find transport no flexibility to check in weary travellers late cleaning of room reception. Smile to the guests.

No wifi. So many reasons blah blah. They gave non valid reasons everytime you asked what happened to their wifi. Unsatisfying!

Nice place to relax. I like the whole garden concept.

Great value for money. Very beautiful place to relax and rest.

Pros: good ambience, quite place; location is okay (contrary to popular belief, it is accessible - there's jeepney, v-hire, some taxis); friendly and helpful staff; good food; affordable rooms; good for staycations with the amenities - pool, music entertainment at night, billiards, table tennis, shooting hoops, wall climbing, etc. Cons: the pool is only until 7PM

Room was okay... The floors were very slippery when wet though, especially in the bathroom. Pool was great, no doubt about that. food was meh but it was food nonetheless. Staff was very nice, they even gave me a Thank You card after checking out. Overall stay was great. 8/10 would recommend to anyone
