サウナ良かった

スタッフは温かく歓迎してくれました。困った時はすぐに、助けて解決してくれました。部屋は広くはないもののベッドは広く快適で清潔な環境はとても落ち着けました。ベランダもついており、とても居心地がよかったです。朝食も美味しく、わずか15ユーロなので近隣で食事するよりもお得だと感じました。とくに飲み物が充実してました！シャモニーに来たら必ずまた泊まりたいです。

フロントの方は、フレンドリーでしたが、お部屋には、なにもなかったです。ポットもティッシュも、おまけにシャワーのお湯調節が出来なくて、毎日高温で、どうにもなりませんでした。

This hotel is best located for access to train station, cable car station, shopping. Interior is nice and and clean. The man at reception was very kind and well explained us about the town, how to use bus, cable car.

ホテルから『パルマとソシュール像』まで徒歩２分弱、メインストリートまで５分程度、駅まで荷物を持って歩いても１０分かかりませんので立地は申し分ありません。ホテルの部屋（予約した部屋）は少し狭かったのですが、クローゼットが広く、ハンガーがたくさんありますから荷物を整理すれば部屋を広く使えます。浴室（バスタブ）、シャワーの水圧、トイレも使い勝手が良いです。スタッフは全員親切で、何を聞いてもわかるまで教えてくれます。そして私の一番気に入った点は朝食です。数種類のパン、ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルト類以外にスクランブルエッグと焼かれたベーコンがありとてもおいしいのです。ぜひまたお世話になりたいと思っています。

Great breakfast buffet.

Convenient location. We were able to leave our bags in the ski room for a few hours after checkout. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was adequate. The one and only negative was that the toilet was in its own room and felt quite claustrophobic.Closing the door was tight and I’m not a big person.

Charming clean place in a good off the main drag location. Friendly accommodating staff.

I travelled with my family, including 2 kids, around France. This was my son's favorite hotel out of the 3. It was great having a separate room/space for the kids. Hotel was clean and cozy, even during the summer. My son loved the lobby and giant chess board. I loved the balcony overlooking the river and mountain view. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Location was perfect, just a 5 miute walk from the center. We ate at the pizzeria next door, and it's just down the street from Le Monchu. We did not have a chance to try the pool or spa, etc. I'm sure it would be great after a ski day in the winter. The staff were all very nice, and ee were able to leave our bags there for awhile as our departure was several hours after check out. We walked to/from the bus station as well as to all of the activities in the center of town.

Decent hotel. Breakfast was okay, cleanliness fine. Plus for sauna and friendly staff. We had some issues with cigarette smell in our bathroom.

Great rooms, location was exceptional and the staff were wonderful. The only downside is the noise from the street below, kept us up until 2-3am and the rooms were extremely hot.

Really great place to stay, staff are great! Room with stunning views and great balcony! Only one small issue was the pastries and cereal where a little stale at breakfast, otherwise would highly recommend
