サービスの行き届いた素晴らしいホテルに出会えました。中庭がありとても落ち着きます。朝食も非常に美味しい。周囲の風景はさほどでもありませんが中心地まで徒歩20分で行けます。コークバスターミナルまで15分です。コーク(kent)駅まで13分です。Kinsaleに行くバスが目の前に止まります。また来いたいです。

中庭が なぜか独り占めできる部屋。 駅までちょっと遠かった。 なぜか、時刻表に載っているバスが来なくて、ヒッチハイクする羽目になった。

Place was very difficult to find. Apple Maps and Google Maps had a hard time pin pointing it. There were a couple signs on the frontage road that we didn’t see until the 2nd or 3rd pass. Place was a little dirty (stains on the carpet). Breakfast was good.

It's a lovely old country house in the city. It is now on a busy highway, but once you find the entrance, its grounds and gardens are delightful, and we heard no traffic noise once in the building. It's a little hard to find - its name sign isn't too clear, but I pulled into a nearby service station and phoned from there to get directions. We were disappointed that there was no evening meal, but a large hotel is in walking distance. Our rooms were lovely, and breakfast was the best that we had on this trip.

Room clean and larger size and the bed was large and comfy. The bathroom was a large size but the exhaust fan was not working or missing. Breakfast was very nice and lots of options. Off road parking and while location was just out of city, you can easily catch bus from right outside, 1.90 euro to city.

Close to everywhere and to the train station. Breakfast is phenomenal so the staff. You will love it.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Wir sind mit unserem sechs Monate alten Baby angereist und hatten im Voraus ein Babybett bestellt. Bei unserer Ankunft war dieses jedoch nicht vorbereitet bzw. gar nicht bereitgestellt, was nach einer langen Anreise mit einem Säugling besonders ärgerlich war. Wir haben es erst nach der ersten Nacht bekommen. Das Zimmer befand sich zudem in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es roch stark muffig und wirkte insgesamt heruntergekommen. Besonders problematisch war das Badezimmer: An mehreren Stellen war deutlich Schimmel sichtbar. Darüber hinaus machte das Zimmer keinen sauberen Eindruck, und der unangenehme Geruch ließ Zweifel an der Hygiene und der gesundheitlichen Unbedenklichkeit der Unterkunft aufkommen. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern können wir dieses Hotel daher leider nicht empfehlen. Wir hätten bei Preis und Beschreibung deutlich bessere Standards hinsichtlich Sauberkeit, Zustand der Zimmer und Vorbereitung auf die Bedürfnisse von Gästen erwartet.

We stayed 3 nights at the Belvedere Lodge. We were a bit put off initially by the busy road right in front, but the Lodge is set back enough that it's not a real issue. Sandra greeted us at the door, and helped us up to the upper floor with our luggage, which wasn't light. The room was spacious, with a nice view of the back garden, which was full of blooming roses. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom very nice as well. The icing on the cake was breakfast. There was always a buffet with cold cuts, cheese, breads, cereal, juices, etc., and tea or coffee. In addition, you could order hot items from the kitchen. On the first morning, we opted for the full Irish breakfast, and it was delicious and highly recommended, at least once. On our 2nd morning, we went a little lighter, and it was still lovely. I think the only drawback is the distance from downtown Cork, but there are multiple buses that stop right in front of the Lodge, or if you have a car, there are parking garages in the city proper. Despite that, I highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant overnight stay. Comfortable clean room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Could do with one soft pillow & handrail in shower.
