Rooms were cramped and the double sofa bed for the teenagers was very uncomfortable.

Very comfortable had a twin accessable room plenty of floor space to suit any disability. Large wet room fitted with all the hand rails etc. One of our main reasons for staying is the location close to rail service for our trips into central London. Good quality food at breakfast and a menu selection in the evening. Would recommend to family and friends.

Its was good for 2 nights, very clean and smells really good. Only downside, the room is too hot even if you adjust the temperature and the windows open its yoo hot.

Very friendly staff,perfectly situated for travelling as it was right next door to train station but surprisingly quiet,very clean and modern hotel with very helpful staff and the breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice,very nice stay

Really enjoyable stay at this very clean hotel, met by Aaron whose smile put us at ease immediately, he gave us a great introduction to the hotel and in moments we were on our way to our room. Daniyal was equally as helpful in the evening and most pleasant. The room was modern and very clean. This morning breakfast was near perfect (this type of hotel doesnt do fresh poached eggs) - everything was cooked well, hot, fresh and plentiful in terms of choice. The ever smiling Celia never stopped in the dining room and was so helpful for anything that was needed; the said dining room was spotless too. In short, very impressed, the team were delightful, they all worked hard but most importantly, they worked together. Highly recommended to stay here, great if you are going to Harry Potter World (equally brilliant).

Overall average experience, staff were nice. Had a 2am fire alarm go off because someone in room 715 decided to smoke in thier room. Not many staff on at that time which is normal, however there was no concern about the alarm, no staff members directing visitors to fire point, no staff checking fire panel, instead they continued to check in soms visitors... ended up outside for 10 mins in the cold and made our own way back in once alarm had gone off. The stay otherwise was fine, room and facilities were clean and adequate. Breakfast was average, eggs and coffee were awful though.

The hotel was perfect for visiting Harry Potter Studio tour. Great location for what we needed. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well prepared, good quality produce with enough choice, there was something for everyone.

Convenient ideal base to stay if travelling by train to WB Harry Potter

Nice hotel, Great Breakfast and breakfast staff really friendly and food was hot and delicious. Room ok, standard with tea & coffee supplied. Clean and fresh. Very handy for Warner Brothers Studio tours. Only 15 minutes away. Car parking was horrendous. No disabled spaces and only about 30 spaces, very tight to get in and out. Council parking is available a few minutes away, but when you need disabled spaces, you need it for a reason. Ideal for business trips.
