正面にガルダ湖が広がり、東向きのため朝日が湖から上がってくる様子が見えます。 部屋から見えない時はレストランのテラス席で見るのがお勧めです。 食事はとても美味しいですし、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。 バスタブも大きいですので、日本人🇯🇵にもお勧めできます。

ホテルのすぐ向こう側から住宅街という事もあり、とても静かで早朝も快適でした。小鳥の声と目の前の湖の波音、遥か向こうに見える山々の美しさが印象的です。ただ、湖に面している部屋には限りがあるので、ほとんどの部屋からは首を伸ばして横から見る状態です。部屋は清潔で良く掃除されており、アメニティの補充も完璧でした。バスタブがあるのは日本人にとって大変ありがたく、また、24時間オープンのフロントも英語での対応も可能で安心です。少し歩けば食事処もありますし、周囲は危険な雰囲気ではないので過ごし易いです。ホテルのレストランは金曜の夜で混んでいたのでずいぶん待たされ辟易しましたが、朝食では十分なバラエティーで満足です。レンタカーで移動していたので移動手段には全く困りませんでしたし、駐車場もホテルの横にあるので重いスーツケースを引いて階段を上る必要もありませんでした。タクシーも頼めばすぐに来てくれました。静かに寝られるのでまた利用しようと思います。

Location nice but noisy at night and construction during the day. Breakfast was great. Air conditioning is excellent I emailed in advance to check the bathroom for mold as I am highly allergic and have asthma. Unfortunately, that did not happen and there was mold in the bathroom I wish there were more choices for dinner at the hotel.

The location of this hotel is top notch - walk across the street and you can access a public beach and go right in the water. It is also well maintained and the lobby is visually appealing. The a/c also worked really well. What we didn't love was 1) the pool - it was freezing and hard to stay in for any period of time 2) ironing - there was no iron in the room. You have to go down to the basement floor for a public ironing room. We did but if someone had been using it, there is also only 1 iron. 3) the breakfast buffet - this was our 4th property on our travels through Italy - this was the worst buffet. Smaller portions, not a great selection, the eggs were extremely runny. No one talks to you or helps you during breakfast for coffee or water. They just walk around you and clear tables but that's about it. 4) the price for what you get. I'm assuming you are paying for location primarily. Although the rooms were just fine and we had no huge issues or problems, the price was more expensive than any other hotel at Lake Garda as if it was a 5 star experience offered all around. It was not that - maybe 4 star, 3 star in a few categories and I do have regret for paying so much more when I didn't think so much more was to be offered other than the location.

Loved our junior suite balcony with lake view. All the staff were exceptionally helpful & pleasant which made for a relaxing holiday. On the edge of town but directly opposite the beach so the location was perfect for us. Nice leisurely 10 minute stroll into town.

This ended up being a hotel you only dream of when you book on line! From the location, layout to the staff and food it was all a 10 out of 10! The food in the restaurant was lovely and accommodated my need for gluten-free. The pool area was neat and tidy, and although the weather was not very hot, we still had an opportunity to hang out there for a little bit. Everything was in walking distance, including all of the boats that you can take onto Lake Garda. The room was generously sized, and of course, my favorite was the balcony overlooking the lake. All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we will make sure we come back.

Hotel maravilhoso, bem localizado e equipe ótima, muito prestativa e simpátiica. O único problema foi a internet, que estava muito ruim extremamente lenta.

The staff are phenomenal. But the hotel is next to a building site and they start early, not the hotel’s fault, but had I known before I booked I wouldn’t have booked. They moved us to a quieter room, but had the hotel been full it would have been tough, could not have asked for better service, the staff are amazing. Breakfast is superb and exceptionally clean.

Lovely classical looking hotel in a good location opposite Lake Garda and a short walk to shops, restaurants and the ferry port. Fantastic staff, especially Vincenzo in the restaurant, who was very friendly and accommodating. Pool not yet in use for the season and we didnt use the gym, so cannot comment in these. Lovely room apart from the location of rooms facing the side road, which is used by construction traffic for the site behind the hotel, so a bit noisy. Great breakfast choices with food frequently replenished. Loved the fresh orange and vegetable juicing machines - a nice touch. Would stay here again and recommend.

Everything was great, the staff were so welcoming and accommodating and rooms were spacious and clean. Overall the hotel is located brilliantly for walking to key areas and getting about.

Et virkelig dejligt og charmerende hotel. Perfekt beliggendes lidt væk fra byen med det tager kun 10 minutter at gå ind til centrum. Smuk udsigt lige ved søen. Meget serviceminded personale. Rent og pænt over alt og en meget hyggelig stemning.
