快適でした

スタッフさんの対応もよく朝食にサラダがあればもっと良かったです

ロケーションは良いですが、部屋は少し狭いし、設備も普通。山小屋風なので、そんなものかな？

古いが中世の城に宿泊する気分。部屋に付属するテラスが素敵で女性には好まれる。 朝食もたいへん美味しかった。バスタブがあったのもうれしい。

フロントが２階（日本流で表現）で、道路から階段しかなかったり、ホテル内にもリフトがないのは重いスーツケースを運ぶのにきつい。それと、フロントが一見無愛想（本当はきちんと対応してくれる）であること、朝食の場所がかなり狭いことを除けば居心地がいいホテル。。

Old and not very well taken care of

The best characteristic about this hotel is also it's worst facet, it's location. The location is right in the heart of the town, easily walkable around town. That's why we selected it; however, there are also bars right out front and loud and screaming teenagers woke us up at 2am more than once during our stay. One time the police was the only thing to break it up. Rooms are simple but clean, nice balcony, breakfast is also simple but satisfying.

Good location . Close to shops and restaurants and ski bus . Jacuzzi not working and this wasn’t told on booking or disclosed . The boot room was cold no seats and cobwebs everywhere so didn’t use . The cleaners were lovely and kind . The kitchen lady for breakfast was rude and unhelpful . . I wouldn’t stay again

Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt i Cortina, det är bara en våning upp och saknar hiss. Vårt fokus var längskidåkning, så vi var bara på hotellet för att duscha/byta om och sova. Det är ett helt OK hotell med OK standard. Lite hårda sängar, däremot var kuddarna för platta & dåliga Godkänd frukost (OK europeisk nivå, låg nordisk nivå) bra städning. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra parkering bakom hotellet (15 euro/natt) även för SUV

The staff is super nice and friendly but the hotel is very bad especially for the price paid. The beds are super hard and the rooms look like they haven’t got an update since 1940. Location is great on the other hand. Easy to get to ski lifts and restaurants/bars. Only stay here if you do not plan to spend any time in the hotel room. Breakfast was good, however, I emailed in advance and asked if they had glutenfri options and they said yes. There was only a glutenfri cracker available so had to go and buy my own breakfast.

Room was basic in terms of condition and fittings. Staff helpful.

The property rooms look NOTHING like the rooms pictured on Expedia. Beds were extremely uncomfortable—we could not sleep. The last night of our stay, the price shot up to $1710, from $700. The loud noise outside lasted until 5am—including fireworks. Alessandro was wonderful, but the owner would not budge on refunding for very poor conditions. One star. So expensive for hostel-like rooms. Requesting refund from Expedia for false advertising.
