Staffs are very kind and friendly. The location is perfect to see around old city. I definitely chose the same hotel when I come back.

街の中心に位置して市場も近く、おかしのお土産ショッピングもできた。有名なcafeも歩いて行けるところにあった。

観光のポイントに近くて、とても便利。スタッフも親切で基本的に大満足です。ただ、初日に空港からホテルまでのシャトルサービスをホテルを通して予約していましたが、到着フライトが遅れることになったからかどうか不明ですが、ドライバーが現れませんでした。ホテルからも、ネームプレートを持った人がいますから・・等の説明がなかったので少し怪訝に思っていましたが、まあ、あまりにもあたり前だからだろうと、よいほうに解釈していましたが、案の定（？）ドライバーは現れませんでした。事前には、ホテルの連絡先しか聞いていなかったので、フライトの遅延については、ホテルに連絡しましたが、担当者にもよると思いますが、途中から、ドライバーの電話番号がメールで送られてきて、「後は勝手にやって」と言わんばかり。幸い長距離バスがちょうど出るところだったので、それに乗りました。最終便だったのか、お客は3人で、バスの乗り心地も快適でした。8ユーロほどですし、よかったです。その他、ホテルへ直通のシャトルもオンライン予約できるようです。そちらのほうをお勧めします。なんとかスムースに到着できたので、この件は忘れ、滞在を楽しみました。その後は、問題なく、過ごせました。

立地がよく、雰囲気がある。快適にすごせました。

大通りを少し入った角に佇む、旧お屋敷風の瀟洒なホテル。天井が高く部屋も広く、快適な滞在でしたが、夕方4時くらいから向かいのバーに集まった若者が道に溢れ、ホテルの玄関先まで広がった騒ぎが夜中の2時くらいまで続きました。金曜日だったせいもあるのでしょう。部屋が通りに面しているため、ゆっくり休みたい客にとっては致命的かもしれません。私達は日本からやってきており時差ボケのおかげで、睡眠不足には陥りませんでしたが。 朝食とサービスは、このレヴェルのイタリアのホテルの標準と言えると思います。

Spacious room, helpful staff in the nice breakfast room, the lounge, and throughout the day.

This is a very nice older family run property in a very convenient central location on the edge of the Jewish Ghetto and near the university. The room was clean with a compfortable bed. The bathroom was completely adequate but small. The breakfasy buffet was ample. A good value, well located choice.

Dining closed on Mondays, the day we were there but dining options nearby were great. Area seemed very safe. Air-conditioning worked great, quiet. Very clean bathroom lighting was great

Value for money..,,ranked a 4 star but is at best a 3 star hotel. In need of a renovations and upgrades. Not worth the money paid.

This hotel has a perfect central location, has friendly and helpful staff, and it served the best breakfast buffet of our trip! Our room was spacious and clean, we were a block off the main pedestrian street and in the heart of the historic area. The room was stocked with all of the amenities, something I rarely see nowadays. Two dings, one of which is beyond the hotel’s scope. First, the room could use a little refreshing; some of the furniture, like the sofa, has seen better days, and, after half an hour, we couldn’t coax hot water out of the tea pot. Second, there is a rather noisy little bar across the street that overflows onto the sidewalk later in the evening. Fortunately, when we shut the wooden shutters, most of the noise disappeared. I would definitely return here!
