宿泊した部屋からグランカナル

全く土地勘が無いので、友達の勘で立地的にピンと来たこのホテルに泊まりました。 少し分かり難い入り口ではありますが、ホテルはとても静かでステキなところでした。スタッフの方々もとても感じが良くて親切で、その日の夜に開催される花火イベントの情報を調べてくれたりしました。朝食は質素ではありますが、果物とパンが食べられて、淹れたてのカプチーノも飲めたので個人的には十分です。部屋に大きなバスタブがあったのも日本人にはとても有り難かったです。強いて言うなら、床の傾きが結構な角度だったので、何となく部屋の内側に引き寄せられる感覚で、三半規管が弱い人には少しキツいかな？と思いました。それ以外はとても良かったです。またヴェネツィアに行く際は是非また利用したいです。

道が入り組み迷いやすいヴェネツィアの中で、拠点とするには非常に恵まれた立地になっています。 迷子になっても一度リアルト橋かサンタルチア駅（スカルツィ橋）まで戻れば、あとはほとんど１本道でたどり着けます。 滞在中は荷物整理やトイレ休憩など、何度もこのホテルに戻っては一息入れていました。 歩きまわっての観光になると思いますので、この要素は他のホテルと比較する分にも重要だと私は思います。 周辺にはレストラン、立ち飲みバー、リーズナブルなピザ屋、地元感溢れるスーパー、おみやげ屋、ケータイショップなど施設も充実しています。 私の場合は小腹がすいたらスーパーで４ユーロのボトルワインを買い、ピザ屋で２ユーロの特大マルゲリータを買って部屋で飲み食いするということを何度もしました。 部屋は毎日清潔なタオルとシーツに取り替えられ、スタッフもアットホームで優しいです。 注意すべき点として、通常のホテルと違って普通の民家のように見えるため最初は発見しづらいです。 また、ドアは鍵がかかっているためインターホンを押し、自分の名前や予約していた人間であることを伝えられるレベルの英会話能力が求められます。 外出時にはフロントに鍵を預けるのではなく、チェックアウトするまでは自分で管理する変わったシステムですので、チェックイン後の滞在時は自分の家のように鍵を開けて勝手に出入りするようになります。こちらは徐々に醍醐味であると感じられるようになります。 エレベーターが古いことと床が傾いていることは我慢できるレベルでしょうか。 様々なホテルと比較して決定しましたが、価格に対する充実度が圧倒的に高いためこちらをオススメします！

最高でした！ 2015/2/17（カーニバル最終日）から、奥さんと3泊しました。 9号室に泊まりましたが、カナルグランデの景色は最高でした。 目前に魚市場、左手には、鐘楼、リアルト橋（半分程度ですが見えます！）が見えます。 晴れた朝には、ベッドから目を覚まして目を開けると、窓の外は青空しか目に入りません。 気持ちがよかったです。 滞在中、霧の朝もあり、建物もヴァポレットも見えなくなり、冬のヴェネツィアの景色を 見ることもできました。 ホテルは、歴史あるPalazzo Michielの4階の1フロアになります。 部屋は、それほど広くはありませんが、2人で泊るには十分で、オレンジ色を基調にした、 かわいい部屋でした。 バスタブもあり、熱いシャワーを浴びることもでき、リラックスできました。 食事は、ハムとチーズ、パン、ヨーグルト、ジュース、コーヒー程度でしたが、おいしく、 満足できました。 ロケーションも、サンマルコ広場やリアルト橋から近く、ホテルの周りにはお店も多く、 便利でした。 サンタルチア駅から行く場合は、ヴァポレットでカドーロを降りれば、平地を徒歩数分。 空港から行く場合は、Alilagunaでフォンダメンタ・ヌオヴァを降りれば10分弱。 スタッフも親切で、往路のFLT中に壊れてしまったスーツケースを直そうとして、 応急処置のヘルプをお願いしたところ、親切にガムテープ類を数種類、持って来て 頂けました。 またヴェネツィアに行く機会があれば、絶対にリピートしたいと思います。

カ・デーロの通り沿いにあり、分かりやすい場所にありました。周辺はレストラン・ジェラート屋さん・スーパー・土産物屋と賑やかで、夜遅くでも安全でした。ホテルの方もフレンドリーで、ホテル自体も可愛らしいホテルでした。朝ごはんが美味しかったです。

メイン路線である１番のヴァポレットの駅から近いので便利。 部屋はグリーン基調でかわいいのですが・・・何より暗い。 スタッフはかわいい女性でした。 朝食は・・・あんまりです。 クロワッサンとハムとシリアルとフルーツ・・・それくらいです。 かわいいお部屋でしたが、次は別の所に泊まりたいです。

Excellent location. Clean and cozy. Very nice and helpful stay. It’s a great choice while visiting Venice.

Perfekte Lage. Gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Alles sauber, es gibt nichts zu meckern. Frühstück hat auch gepasst. Personal sehr freundlich. Trotz Anreise in der Nacht wurde nach vorheriger Rücksprache (unmittelbar nach Buchung) alles so geregelt, dass ich Zugang zum Haus/Zimmer bekam. Perfekt. Das Zimmer wurde während einer Geschäftsreise benötigt. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Trevligt hotell med god frukost. Låg väldigt bra beläget med fin utsikt över kanalen från vissa rum.

This hotel is an absolute beauty. Stunning. Lovely rooms, great location, clean, staff are so friendly and helpful. And I mean really helpful. They can’t do enough for you. We booked at the last minute and the lady on reception sent us all our details really quickly and helped us find the hotel. Highly recommend this lovely hotel and a really good price as well

Great location in the heart of Venice. Room was serviceable, staff was incredibly helpful, especially Margo (sp?). Great recommendations on what to do/where to eat. We opted for the breakfast - don’t recommend it. Much better options for breakfast just outside the door. Air conditioning was very poor, room was very warm and muggy.

Loved the balcony and beautifully decorated and large lobby. Room was very nice. Front staff was friendly and helpful.

We really liked that this location felt more private than a standard hotel. The staff went out of their way to welcome us. Such a nice touch to have hot water for tea and coffee available. Breakfast was perfect! The canal view was great for people watching.

Amazing location and a wonderful old building looking out over one of the main canals of Venice. Good staff. Good comfortable bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The only negative thing was soundproofing of the room door was very poor, I could hear other guests in the evening and early in the morning.

The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed opening the windows and it was nice and quiet.

Hotel was fairly easy to fjnd thanks to the correspondence from the hotel the day before we arrived. Receptionists both days were very nice and helpful. Rooms were adequate but a bit tired, however I didnt expect luxury for the price we paid. Not many useable sockets in the room but did find 2 in the end. My bed was quite lumpy but my friend in another room didnt report the same issue. Bathroom was dated but adequate and the water was hot and water pressure good. View over the Grand Canal from the opening juliet balcony was beautiful. Overall a decent stay in a lovely city.

A unique and excellent hotel with a wonderful location and a great view of the main canal of Venice, excellent staff, good and complete breakfast, high-speed internet, elevator and 24-hour service ... In this hotel room you feel exactly like you are staying in Venice because everything is different. If we come a few more times, I will definitely choose this hotel, of course the rooms with a sea view ... Thank you to the excellent hotel team
