The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were very nice quality. This hotel is updated but has lots of character. Our room overlooked the Bolzano square — loved it. We would stay again.

Great hotel and location. I would definitely research how to get to the parking lot ahead of time as it’s in the tunnel below the hotel with access 1/2 mile from the hotel.

Room was nice with a comfortable bed. Great location. Good breakfast UNLESS you have a dairy allergy. Then there is very few things you can eat for breakfast, and no bread is dairy-free.

The room was excellent, spacious, clean and with a fabulous view of the mountains and the quaint streets below. The staff were amazing, really helpful especially Phillipe at Breakfast.

Praticamente nel centro del paese e per questo ti trascina subito nell‘atmosfera, bellissima struttura , elegante quasi fiabesca , il personale gentilissimo. Ci ritornerei sicuramente!
