スタッフはとても親切丁寧でフレンドリー。近くにスーパーマーケットは無いが、バール等の飲食店はあり。レトロではあるものの、潔癖な私でも問題を感じない清潔な部屋。ローマ再訪の折はまた利用したい。

ホテルフロントの方はとても親切でした。 一方、宿泊した部屋は1階で周囲の音がすべて届き、うるさかったです。 Receptionist at hotel front were kind and friendly. (special thanks to Raffaele, for introducing nice wine bar) unfortunately it was noisy in the room at ground floor

部屋は三階以上を取らないと窓からは何も見えません。朝食はシンプルで良かったですが、野菜が無くて代わりにフルーツだけだったのがちょっと不足だった点です。

ロケーションが良く、コロッセオやトレビの泉まで歩いて行くことが出来ます。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでホテル周辺について丁寧に教えてくれました。

Great experience, the staff were wonderful and their restaurant (connected) was very good (first decent carbonara I’ve had in years) FYI for Americans who enjoy breakfast, they know how to make scrambled eggs and bacon! Recommend without any hesitation, 10 out of 10

Hotel staff was amazing. The best service I have ever had location perfect 10 minutes from the Colosseum 15 minutes from all the local shops two minutes from pasta an excellent place to stay highly recommend I will return.

Our stay at Hotel Hiberia was excellent. The front desk is super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and we appreciated AC worked beautifully since the weather was extremely hot outside. The location very centric, we were just a short walk to the colosseum, Trevi fountain and Roma termini station which was super convenient for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of June for my first solo trip for 3 nights. Great location, short walk to the Colosseum and other attractions without being right in the middle of the huge crowds. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering me advice for directions around the city, helping me book taxis, etc. Room was clean and breakfast was ideal with a variety of options.

Would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a convenient location in Rome. The room itself was very spacious and had everything you need to come back to after a day of exploring the city.
