バスルームの扉の上にインターホンカメラのようなものが設置されていました 気持ち悪いので、目隠しして使いましたが、 不安と不信感でとても休まる気がしませんでした

ラファエロをはじめとしたホテルスタッフの皆さんが親切でした

スタッフはとても親切丁寧でフレンドリー。近くにスーパーマーケットは無いが、バール等の飲食店はあり。レトロではあるものの、潔癖な私でも問題を感じない清潔な部屋。ローマ再訪の折はまた利用したい。

ホテルフロントの方はとても親切でした。 一方、宿泊した部屋は1階で周囲の音がすべて届き、うるさかったです。 Receptionist at hotel front were kind and friendly. (special thanks to Raffaele, for introducing nice wine bar) unfortunately it was noisy in the room at ground floor

部屋は三階以上を取らないと窓からは何も見えません。朝食はシンプルで良かったですが、野菜が無くて代わりにフルーツだけだったのがちょっと不足だった点です。

ロケーションが良く、コロッセオやトレビの泉まで歩いて行くことが出来ます。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでホテル周辺について丁寧に教えてくれました。

Raffael and Marco were incredibly helpful in getting us to the hotel from our port and getting us to the airport from the hotel after our stay! They were very helpful in guiding us in the city as well. The attached restaurant was delicious and convenient for dinner and breakfast alike. The beds in the rooms were comfortable although the room itself was somewhat warm. The terrace was a nice addition too! The hotel was in the middle of it all and somewhat busy for our taste, but easy to get around. We ended our trip here and that was a great ending to our two week adventure!

Staff and breakfast was great! Close to center of Rome and the sites. Loved the old style elevator that still works great!!

WONDERFUL STAFF!! Everyone was so helpful from the front desk to the breakfast area to the bellmen. Special shout out to Raphael at the desk for helping with my luggage that the airline lost! Would highly recommend staying here!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy walk to see Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The Breakfast was delicious and we loved that it was ready at 7am, so we could get an early start.

The hotel is centrally located in Rome. We walked to the Colosseum (10 minutes), Trevi Fountains (4 Blocks away), and rode to Vatican City but walked back (40 minutes). Very easy to walk around with many restaurant selections available. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Hiberia in Rome. It was perfect for our needs. Easy walk to Trevi Fountain and the Monti area for restaurants and shops. Hotel is clean, rooms large and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Patrick who was always friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

유럽의 호텔은 항상 좁고 편리하지 않다는 평이 많았지만, 이곳은 정말 가족들이 함께해도 편리하고 깨끗한 시설을 갖고 있습니다. 주변에 식당과 카페가 많지 않지만, 호텔 바로 앞 카페의 에스프레소와 각종 샌드위치, 페스추리는 정말 맛있었고, 조그만 편의점도 있어서 좋았습니다. 그래서 저녁이나 밤 시간에는 조용한 환경을 제공합니다. 그리고 무엇보다 호텔 안의 식당은 훌륭한 아침 식사와 저녁 식사를 먹을 수 있어서, 여행에 지친 날은 샤워 후에 바로 내려가서 맛있는 식사를 할 수 도 있습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 좋은 점은 모든 호텔 직원들은 모두 친절하고 여행객들 도와 주기 위해 노력합니다. 특히 리셉션의 Marco는 정말 최고 입니다. 저희는 공항을 오고 갈적에 호텔에서 제공하는 셔틀을 이용했는데, 정말 편리했습니다. 저희는 다시 로마를 방문한다면 무조건 다시 이곳을 이용할 예정입니다.

Cafe da manhã com várias opções. Todos os funcionários atenciosos , solícitos. Hotel onde se sente em casa. Localização excelente, perto de todas as atrações do centro. Numa próxima viagem, me hospedaria novamente no hotel Hiberia.

Excellent service from all of the staff, so helpful with everything. Hotel location was perfect as we could walk to so many of the historic sites. Breakfast buffet had such a good selection and cost was reasonable. Front desk booked the transportation we requested from the airport and to the cruise port.

The staff were extremely helpful and created a friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms. Good restaurant. Good location.
