部屋はシンプルで広い。シャワーの出が悪かった。 朝食をホテルで頂いたが、こじんまりしていて、まるで家で頂いているような日常感を体験できたのがすばらしかった。 スタッフのおじさんが明るくて面倒見がよくとてもよかった。おじさんのキャラクターあってのホテルだと思った。

Elevator does not work.

The property is great value and staff very friendly. The problem is that the lift doesn't work. BE WARNED ABOUT THIS. It says 4th floor but with the amazing high ceiling in Italy it's more the 8th floor. If I was in my twenties I would relish the challenge of carrying 3 x 25 kgs bags up 8 flights of stairs. In my fifties (and fit playing 3 or more games of tennis every week and gym work) it is horrendous. Shame. Nice staff , ok cheap accommodation but pay a bit more unless you are into Iron Man's.

The Elevator doesn't work and apparently hasn't for years, but they will let you know right before your trip. I didn't see the message in time to cancel. If we didn't have a lot of heavy luggage, this would not have mattered so much. The location is great. I just wish I had found out about the elevator sooner.

No elevator. Hotel on 4th floor ( actually 5th). Hard time to transfer the luggage. Lousy breakfast although just EUR 5 per person. Location is good. But nothing else !

This hotel is nearly ruined our family trip to Rome because we have booked a quadruple room for family with small children to stay but without any notification they gave us couple room. Even worse happened that there elevator was out of service and I had to lift my each one 20kg 4 luggages to the 5th floor. Because of late night arrival we had to stay 1 night until morning to cancel our remaining 2 nights stay in the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for family trips.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and great location

Fint og sentralt hotell, alt var bra, eneste verdt å nevne er at heisen ikke funker og hotellet ligger i 4. etasje, men vi så egentlig bare på det som en god treningsøkt :-)

O elevador não é funciona há anos pelo que deu pra entender. Então são 8 lances de escada para subir e descer todos os dias. Tem ar condicionado no quarto mas por algum motivo eles decidem quando é quente suficiente pra vc poder usar. O controle do ar não fica disponível no quarto. O apartamento é limpo e a localização é ótima!

Struttura comoda, pulizia eccellente, personale disponibile e cordiale. Camera adeguata e letti comodi. Piccola pecca per il bagno molto piccolo con problematiche anche nell'utilizzo del bagno poiché wc in posizione molto scomoda. L'acqua dello sciaquone si ricaricava molto lentamente. Temperatura dell'acqua della doccia ottima. Male per l'ascensore rotto oltre ché non moderno.

Foi muito bom, o hotel fica em uma regiao muito boa, da para fazer tudo a pé! O Boby, recepcionista do hotel foi super atencioso e prestativo, nos ajudando com tudo!

The property is located on the 4th floor. When we booked, we were told there was an elevator. a week before the trip we were told the elevator was broken. This was a huge issue for the disabled member of our group. It is now clear from seeing the elevator and reading old reviews that the elevator has not worked in ages and there is no intent to fix it. The rooms are fine, the location is great, and the staff were very friendly. But we didn't get a 2 bed room (which we ordered) and nothing was offered to fix it. I don't know that we would have cared as much, but we were sweaty from hiking all of our luggage up to the 4th floor - so we really wanted our own space.

The hotel located, as they inform, on the 4th floor, but it's really 5th floor and elevator is not working. The breakfast is available, but you will need to pay 5 euros for breakfast and you will be offered only boiled eggs and some cookies.
