スパーニャ駅からすぐ、が魅力で予約しましたが駅からのエレベータが長期運休中で毎回出かけるたびにスペイン階段の上り降りが大変。荷物あるチェックイン・アウト時は汗だくで悲惨でした。これは訪問前に告知して欲しかった。 朝食は非常によかったが建物が傾いているのと壁が薄いのには閉口。

家族３人で利用しました。 スペイン階段近くでとても利便性がよかったです。地下鉄もすぐ近くですしタクシー乗り場も近くでした。レストランも買い物も高級なものからお手軽なものまで選び放題でした。 設備も全く問題ありません。スタッフもフレンドリーでした。朝食もとても豊富で毎日楽しみでした。また利用したいです。

スペイン広場の階段登ってすぐのホテル。最初地下鉄の駅からの行き方がわからず戸惑いました。改札出たらすぐ左手にあるエレベーターでスペイン広場の上部付近に行けます。家族4人で宿泊しましたが清潔で部屋も広く快適でした。何よりスペイン広場のすぐ隣というのがにぎやかでよかったです。

初めてのローマ旅行で利用させていただきました。 ローマ市内観光には立地もよく最適な場所です。 スタッフのみなさんも大変親切ですし、部屋も清潔で綺麗なので快適に過ごすことができました。 もし再度ローマを訪れることがあればもう一度利用したいと思います。

設備は少し古いが、フレンドリーなスタッフと顔見知りになれる素敵なホテルです。家族で泊まるには最適です。 ただし、ホテルのせいではありませんが、地下鉄A線が動いていなくて困りました。代替バスはスペイン広場上まで入れないため、数分歩いてバスに乗る必要があります。また、スパーニャ駅は封鎖されてエレベーターも止まっているので一日に何回も階段を上まで登ります。この工事は直前に決まるので予約時に対策は難しいです。足元不安な方は避けて下さい。

窓からスペイン広場が見えて素晴らしいホテルでした、ホテルの方々も皆様笑顔で快適でした、何よりも場所が便利で最高でした、

本館からスペイン階段の脇を下ったところにある、別館のジュニアスイートに一泊しました。シックでお洒落なインテリアの素敵なお部屋、清潔で整った設備、フロントの方も親切フレンドリーで、申し分の無い滞在でした。立地の良さは言うまでも無く、買い物もブランドショップ、土産店、ドラッグストアと何でもあります。子連れ旅でタクシー移動が多かったのですが、別館のすぐそばにタクシー乗り場があったのでとても便利でした。

My family of four stayed in the panoramic suite and absolutely loved it. More than enough space in the room and the balcony is to die for. Staff was always available to help and very friendly!

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly staff. The room was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. Overall, my family and I had a great time in Rome and we would stay at the hotel again.

Breakfast was always fresh and he people that worked at the hotel were very helpful. We did not speak Italian and they helped us get a taxi to the airport for an early morning departure. When we checkin they walked us to room and explained a few things. Everyone always polite and smiling.

We loved everything about our stay! Our room was clean and well maintained. It was the perfect location and the morning breakfast was fresh daily! I would definitely come back.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with an impressive variety of choices. I would absolutely stay here again if (when) I return to Rome. My stay was in June so the air conditioning was very welcome.

Clean modern updated air conditioned room with a great view. Staff was very helpful and booked was able to book transfer to and from the airport and the cruise ship port. The breakfast was great every day.

Fabulous from start to finish. We stayed there twice with a short trip to Sardinia in the middle and loved it. Great staff, the most wonderful view from our room and walking distance to everything. We will be back
