別館は本館から少し離れた場所にありましたが、ホテルで空港から手配したヴァンの運転手が案内してくれたおかげで迷う事なく辿り着けました。お部屋も綺麗でスペイン広場へのアクセスも良く、タクシー乗り場もすぐ近くにあり、とても便利でした。朝食は本館まで階段を登って行きましたが、良い運動になり、メニューも充実していて満足出来るものでした。

部屋は眺めがとても良かったのですが、高い部屋なのに初日に洗面所の排水バルブが壊れて水びたしになりました。 すぐに対応できずその状態で翌日の昼まで修復にかかりました。 ホテルからは謝罪も何もありませんでした。 治ったから良いだろ？という感じです。 歯磨き用のコップは3泊もしたのにずっと一個だけでした 。 日本のホテルとは全く異なり、民宿のような感じで、自分たちはそれで十分だと思っているようです。 文化の違いかもしれません

スパーニャ駅からすぐ、が魅力で予約しましたが駅からのエレベータが長期運休中で毎回出かけるたびにスペイン階段の上り降りが大変。荷物あるチェックイン・アウト時は汗だくで悲惨でした。これは訪問前に告知して欲しかった。 朝食は非常によかったが建物が傾いているのと壁が薄いのには閉口。

家族３人で利用しました。 スペイン階段近くでとても利便性がよかったです。地下鉄もすぐ近くですしタクシー乗り場も近くでした。レストランも買い物も高級なものからお手軽なものまで選び放題でした。 設備も全く問題ありません。スタッフもフレンドリーでした。朝食もとても豊富で毎日楽しみでした。また利用したいです。

スペイン広場の階段登ってすぐのホテル。最初地下鉄の駅からの行き方がわからず戸惑いました。改札出たらすぐ左手にあるエレベーターでスペイン広場の上部付近に行けます。家族4人で宿泊しましたが清潔で部屋も広く快適でした。何よりスペイン広場のすぐ隣というのがにぎやかでよかったです。

初めてのローマ旅行で利用させていただきました。 ローマ市内観光には立地もよく最適な場所です。 スタッフのみなさんも大変親切ですし、部屋も清潔で綺麗なので快適に過ごすことができました。 もし再度ローマを訪れることがあればもう一度利用したいと思います。

設備は少し古いが、フレンドリーなスタッフと顔見知りになれる素敵なホテルです。家族で泊まるには最適です。 ただし、ホテルのせいではありませんが、地下鉄A線が動いていなくて困りました。代替バスはスペイン広場上まで入れないため、数分歩いてバスに乗る必要があります。また、スパーニャ駅は封鎖されてエレベーターも止まっているので一日に何回も階段を上まで登ります。この工事は直前に決まるので予約時に対策は難しいです。足元不安な方は避けて下さい。

窓からスペイン広場が見えて素晴らしいホテルでした、ホテルの方々も皆様笑顔で快適でした、何よりも場所が便利で最高でした、

本館からスペイン階段の脇を下ったところにある、別館のジュニアスイートに一泊しました。シックでお洒落なインテリアの素敵なお部屋、清潔で整った設備、フロントの方も親切フレンドリーで、申し分の無い滞在でした。立地の良さは言うまでも無く、買い物もブランドショップ、土産店、ドラッグストアと何でもあります。子連れ旅でタクシー移動が多かったのですが、別館のすぐそばにタクシー乗り場があったのでとても便利でした。

We had a group of 10 people in 5 seperate rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Very close to shopping and great food.

Loved the location. We stayed in the annex building at bottom of stairs at plaza level. Great size room with balcony and very good air conditioning. Felt more like an apartment than hotel room. Would stay here again most definitely. We had three large adults with one twin and one queen and was very comfortable. Note to get to breakfast it’s approximately 150 total stairs but very doable. They will also bring to you for free if in the annex building.

This was a beautiful property at the top of the Spanish Steps. My wife and I stayed one night before departing for Bari. The room was clean and cool, despite being 40° outside. The complementary, sparkling wine and breakfast were amazing as well.

Clean, excellent service, delicious breakfast every morning, walking distance to local venues, friendly and professional staff. The BEST hotel in City Centre and if I ever return to Rome, I will stay in this hotel again. Highly recommend it!

Excellent stay for families! We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Scalinata di Spagna and would happily return. The service was excellent from start to finish, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful with everything from help with luggage, storage and even offered breakfast in our room if it would be easier for us with kids. They made us feel at home throughout our stay and seemed to have fun working together. Our family room was fantastic—very spacious for all five of us, comfortable and perfect for travelling with children. A very nice and fresh bathroom. We stayed in the annex building and it was absolutely not a problem. The annex was quiet, comfortable and just a short walk from the main hotel with a nice view of a square. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection for everyone which could be enjoyed on their terrace. The location is outstanding, just steps from the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of Rome’s main attractions, restaurants and shopping. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Hotel Scalinata di Spagna, especially for families looking for a comfortable stay in a perfect location.
