繁華街が観光地にも近く、さらに美味しい日本食が食べられるレストランも徒歩圏内とあり、非常に立地の良いホテルです！しかし、立地だけでなく従業員のみなさまの対応も非常に良く、総合的に満足度の高いホテルだと思います(^ ^)また機会がありましたら、ぜひ宿泊したいです！

街の中心、フェラーリ広場に近く、メトロ駅、空港へのバス乗り場へもすぐで立地は良い。室内は少し狭いが冷蔵庫や湯沸かしポット、歯ブラシ、スリッパもある。宿泊客は無料でサウナやジャグジーが使えるのでゆったり過ごせた。

世界遺産ストラーデ･ヌオーヴェとパラッツィ・デイ・ロッリ、大聖堂、活気溢れる下町、家族連れで賑わうポルト・アンティーコなど、ジェノヴァの見どころにはすべて徒歩圏で大変便利。 ロビーは少々狭く、エレベータが小さいが、清潔で十分に広い部屋、きれいな設備で大変快適。 朝食は有料だが、種類も多い。

必要なものがきちんとそろっていて、清潔、リーズナブルで快適なホテルです。 ベストウエスタンは、北米でよく利用しますが、ヨーロッパでも良かったです。

街の中心であるフェラーリ広場から近く、快適な滞在でした。部屋は十分清潔で、バスタブも深く入浴でリフレッシュできました。朝食は4EURで、品数は普通ですがチーズが美味でした。ジュースもフレッシュ。旧市街へのアクセスも良く、立地は申し分なしです。ささいな難点はエレベーターが小さいことと、部屋のスイッチを入れるとTVがホテルのプロモーションビデオを再生し始めること(音付き)くらいでした。

Zimmer ohne Fenster !

La stanza era perfetta, il personale assolutamente cortese e la colazione ottima. Unico neo il garage. Io ho lasciato due notti la mia auto nel garage dell’albergo dove viene parcheggiata a cura del personale dell’albergo, ma è stata riconsegnata con una abrasione, non eccessivamente vistosa ma che comunque richiede l’intervento di un carrozziere. Purtroppo mi sono accorto di ciò soltanto alcune ore dopo durante una breve sosta in autostrada. Questo fatto comprensibilmente condiziona e giustifica il giudizio complessivo negativo dato la struttura.

Without any explanation the hotel decided to shut off all the Air Conditioners in rooms without announcing it. They have a key card system which you need to put in the slot and it was very faulty. The bathroom is really really tiny and the shower amenities all wrapped in a plastic 80s dispenser. Breakfast was good and the staff did a really good job, This is a 2 star hotel facility with a great breakfast in a good location with the price tag of a 4 star hotel.

Nice staff. Great location for dining choices and sightseeing. Air con never did work and problems with door keys working every time we left. Super annoying. This is NOT a 9 out of 10. 8 at best.

A bit pricey for our normal budget but worth it. Amazing breakfast spread, good location, easy to walk to the harbor and wander the ancient streets. Just a 20 minute walk from the train station
