私達は5人の家族旅行でした。中心部まで車で約15分、車を中心部のサッカー場の駐車場に置き問題無く中心部の観光が出来る。 ゆったりとした静かなゴージャスな雰囲気の小じんまりとしたアットホームなサービスのホテルで大変良かったです。レストランの料理も美味しい。但しシエナ景色は直望出来ないが小高い山の上に立ちオリーブ畑や周囲の街の景色が望む事が出来る。また、是非利用したいです。

Elizabeth, Sara were fantastic at the front desk and advice throughout the Villa. Very professional and helpful. Ruth and Roger did an excellent job of taking care of us and always being available.

Beautiful Villa on the hills around Siena. We booked it so we could go around Tuscany with a car. But we also travelled to the city by bus, which was easy, 4 busses per hour. Great garden, great place. Will come back when going to Siena.

This hotel is a total scam. They state that no outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises. One night, staff saw us bringing a pizza back to our room but said nothing at the time. The next morning, they suddenly demanded a €50 fine. We tried to reason with them, but they insisted on charging my credit card anyway. This was an unfair dispute and an unreasonable charge. Luckily, my credit card company eventually reversed the €50 charge. Please think twice before booking this hotel.

Un boutique hôtel à la patine envoûtante. Le personnel est exceptionnel; excellent petit déjeuner, restaurant midi et soir très intéressant. Les petits jardins sont formidables.

Quite dated property and rooms. Reception staff was friendly. But many small things in the service and cleanliness lacked from being great, which left a disappointed feeling.

Stayed in this villa for a couple of nights. It’s a great option if you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center. The location is lovely, with birds chirping in the background. The rooms were small, but they had all the necessary amenities for travelers. I had dinner and breakfast once each day. While the food was sufficient, I think it would be better to have more options given the 4-star rating of the property. The staff members were helpful and friendly.

The villa was wonderful and absolutely beautiful. My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here.

J’ai beaucoup regretté que l’on me souligne que nous n’avons que 2 petites bouteilles d’eau alors que la réservation est pour 3 personnes ! Le prix est élevé et le petit-déjeuner est assez simple pour cette catégorie d’hôtel.

I'll start off by saying all the staff- only a handfull on site ,were great but seemed to be doing multiple roles ie very understaffed. No sign of a manger at all during our 3 day stay and staff seemed to be operating under "pressure" Perhaps at the height of the summer I may have had a different experience as the outside terraces etc were all shutdown and that's where you'd want to be rather than inside the hotel.... This is a tired old property that hasn't been updated in many many years. Old soiled carpets, stained furniture, mismatched odd furniture just placed around the building. A constant smell of stale cigerette smoke especialy in the lobby and stairwell to the rooms. Bedroom and bathroom linens were beyond old and worn. Our room was large and sparsely furnished with an onsuite that had a handheld shower in a precariously narrow tub which nessesitated some acrobatics to shower successfully. I see why they have a payment in full upfront with policy, as we would have and I witnessed another couple try to shorten their stay but recieve no refund.. Overall, a very dissapointing stay for such a beautiful city. Surprised and dissapointed that Expedia promote it so highly ... Think "Faulty Towers", Siena style ... if you get the reference, you know what i mean!

An ideal location just outside the city core with easy access to local buses.

Beautiful grounds and main hotel area. Food was good as well. The room was nice, bed was comfortable.

Stunning property. Big room, clean. Liked breakfast. Had dinner one evening. Not really worth the cost. Found it very noisy, was hoping for a peaceful location. First a dog barking then frequent garden machinery noise probably a leaf blower/ vacuum. Obviously pride in the gardens. Staff nice in restaurant. Most reception helpful. Checking out don't think asked if enjoyed

Beautiful boutique hotel outside of Siena city. We stayed in the deluxe room and it was perfect. There is no shuttle but a bus stops right outside the hotel- we found this wasn’t very dependable and relied on taxis at times (€14 each way) While the hotel is close to the city, it’s not walkable, so take that into consideration. Breakfast was a typical continental, my only complaint was the time it took to get the hot food to the table, it was either forgotten or took a very long time. The staff serving were excellent but 1 server for a full breakfast room isn’t adequate. The hotel grounds are beautiful.

Lovely traditional hotel, great pool and good food. I’ve had better breakfasts, but more than adequate to get you started in a morning.
