中心地にあり心地よい。 スタッフの対応も良い。

女性ひとり旅で1泊しました。オススメです。場所はカンポ広場から歩いてすぐでありながら静か(脚の悪い方には少し上り坂なので厳しいかもですが)、夜間の一人歩きも平気でした。 隣の部屋の音は近いですが、ずっと部屋にいるわけではないので許容範囲。清潔でほっとするお部屋でした。窓からドゥオモが見えました。テラスもあり、素敵です。 朝食もちょうどいい内容でした。 全体的にこじんまりとしており、団体客もおらず、なんというかちょうど良かったです。 変にケチって駅の近くや半端に遠いホテルにしなくて良かったなと思います。

大聖堂から至近で、周囲にはレストラン、その他の店がたくさんあります。今回二階に泊まりましたが、窓から 大聖堂、トスカーナの風景が一望でき感動しました。駅からは徒歩で40-50分掛かりますので、タクシーが懸命です。我々は何も考えずに歩きましたが、石畳のアップダウンで疲れ果てました。

ドゥオモの見える部屋を用意していてくれました。しかし残念ながら、こちらの都合で部屋を変えてもらう事に。しかし、そのリクエストにもすぐに対応して頂きました。 部屋も広くて綺麗で快適。スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。 そしてドゥオモだけでなくカンポ広場も近く、場所も良かったです。 またシエナを訪れる際には泊まりたいです。今度はぜひ、ドゥオモの見える部屋に！

今回の宿泊はホテルのホームページに掲載してある眺望の良い部屋とほぼ同じ場所に宿泊できました。 ローマからレンタカーで向かいましたが、シエナ城内の道は歩行者天国を車で走るようなイメージで石畳、道が狭く 大変な走行でした、更にホテルの看板が道から分からず迷いましたが、ドンピシャでたどり着きました。 ホテルのスタッフは感じが良く良いホテルです。

This property needs a refreshment. Corridors need painting, carpets need cleaning. Rooms are spacious but need to be updated and repainted.

I visited Siena for the Palio, once last year and again this year staying at the Hotel Duomo both times. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You can tell from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff they love what they do and the professionalism shows! They also arranged my private ride from Florence Airport direct to the hotel. Amazing and I will stay here in the future.

Hotel em reforma, quarto que nos foi disponibilizado tinha colchões impossíveis de dormir. Fora isso (???), excelente hotel! Ótima localização.

Personale gentilissimo, colazione molto buona e abbondante, unica pecca il riscaldamento centralizzato che rendeva la stanza un po’ troppo calda. Posizione perfetta per girare comodamente, servizio parcheggio macchina molto comodo

Un excelente desayuno el que proporciona el hotel, muy completo y bien preparado. La ubicación tambien es bastante buena, asi como la atención del personal. Los muebles de la habitacion ya con mucho tiempo de uso, aunque todo funcionaba bien.

Ótima localização, mas com dificuldade para encontrar pelo Google Maps. Havia uma obra no caminho sugerido pelo hotel. Orientaram usar o wase. O sinal de wi-fi era quase inexistente no nosso quarto que era no terceiro andar.

The location is best as it is at the center of the city. The information about ZTL and parking option is clear. We chose to find free parking outside of the wall based on the info from the staff and the they didn't mind at all although it will not make them money. The breakfast is superb!! Good and abundant choices, tasty too. Cost performance is very good considering how affordable the hotel rate is.

Hotel viejo, camas super incomodas, sucio, personal poco amable, la alfombra de los pasillos creo que no la han aspirado nunca. Hay chinches. Lo unico bueno es su ubicacion y regularmente el desayuno.

El desayuno incluido es de muy buena calidad, personal muy amable

Strongly recommend, walking distance to the cathedral and city. From our room there was a great view and there was a terrace with table and chairs and great view. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
