色々満足！シャンプーとボディソープがしょぼかった以外はよかったです！また泊まりたいと思いました！

The room with the balcony had a fantastic view. The receptionist helped us when we need to move/park our car. As the hotel is located out of the zone “ZTL” we didn’t have to worry about the camera.

シエナのロマーナ門からすぐの所にあります。 車でも徒歩でもアクセスが良いです。 シエナの市街に歩いて行けます。 駐車場が必要な場合は予約の必要があります。 フロントの男の子も 長時間労働にも関わらず、 常に笑顔で応対しているのが 非常に感じが良かったです。 朝食は甘いものが充実しています。 パン、ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルトなどもありますが、 野菜はミニトマトがあるだけでした。 朝食の席にメニュー表があり、 飲み物は別かと思いきや、 飲み物２品までは含まれており、 ３品目からは支払いが必要になるようです。 ロビー横の扉から中庭に出る事ができ、 眺めが非常に良いのでオススメです。

こぢんまりした品のいいホテル。クラシカルな調度品に飾られたロビーは勿論、部屋の内装もしっとりとした雰囲気でとても良い。 このホテルについて特筆すべき点は、スタッフの方々の心遣いの細やかさである。とても気配り上手な、親切で穏やかな優しい紳士ばかりで、心底寛ぐことができた。取り分け初老の男性はイタリア旅行で出会った人たちの中で最も素敵だった。何から何まで親切にして頂けて本当に嬉しかった。 朝食はフルーツやパン、シリアル、チーズ、ハム、ヨーグルトなど、どれも種類豊富で美味しかった。朝食を摂る部屋も窓が大きくてとても気持ちいい。中庭からの景色もとても美しい。朝食の準備をしている女性もチャーミングで癒された。少し中心地からは歩くが、ホテルの目の前にバス停があるので個人的には全く不便でなかった。ピエンツァへもこのバス停から行ける(要1回乗り換え)。またシエナを訪れることがあれば絶対に泊まりたい。本当にありがとうございました。

When I arrived I was immediately told that I couldn’t park at the hotel. No welcome, how was your trip, do you want a glass of water. And had to check in and move my car to a public parking space. It was 35 degrees so I wasn’t best pleased. Apparently if you don’t pre book you can’t park at the hotel. Be warned, the parking is very tight so if you have a large car forget the option anyway. The hotel itself is tired. It felt out of date and very budget. No bar area to speak of (you can get a drink), no communal area - it’s all very cramped and dark. I didn’t like it for me a 2 kids. We had a triple room and slept in a row. Ok for one night but any longer I would have moved hotels. The view is spectacular though. For breakfast (which is very limited and low quality) the view is good. Overall I won’t return. If you just want somewhere to stay and explore and aren’t worried about any facilities it might be fine.. I just didn’t find the charm or the welcome compensated for the lack of everything else.

Viihtyisä hotelli, mutta huoneissa hieman tunkkainen tuoksu. Lisäksi huoneet melko viileitä. Henkilökunta ja palvelu erittäin ystävällistä. Sijainti hyvä.

Stayed at Santa Caterina for 2 nights when visiting Siena in May 2026. The hotel is conveniently located just outside of the city walls (Porta Romana) with easy 15-20 min walk to the Duomo and all other major landmarks. We didn't pay enough attention about requesting the parking before the arrival and were very frustrated at ourselves (good luck with finding the parking spot outside of the ZTL), but the gentleman at reception desk saved us by finding the spot in their very limited parking lot. We are very grateful! The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the hotel garden was magnificent, all way down to Monte Amiata 70 km to the south! Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel in a good location on the edge of Sienna. Spacious room, with comfy bed and good storage space. Hotel although lovely, feels a bit dated and tired and misses a few of the modern touches. Would recommend and would stay again.

O hotel é bom, porém com acomodações antigas e quartos escuros. O estacionamento é pago (quando há disponibilidade). Café da manhã razoável. O melhor é a localização que está bem próxima à entrada Porta Romana (para o centro histórico).

Eski bir tesis. Odaların çoğu birbirinden farklı ve konforlu değil. Ancak otelin yeri çok iyi, bahçesinin manzarası mükemmel.Kahvaltısı da gayet iyiydi.

Odamız maalesef çok kullanışsız dizayn edilmişti.giriş katı banyo ve dolap , daracık dönen bir merdivenle yatak katına çıkılıyor ve o katta sadece yatak mevcut .ne bir ayna , ne bir valiz açılabilecek yer yoktu .otelin dolu olduğu söylenip , oda değişiklik talebimiz reddedildi.ayrıca kullanılan mefruşat çok eskiydi , battaniyelere dokunamadık dahi, hemen kullanımdan kaldırdık.bu nedenlerle, konumu ve manzarası güzel olmasına rağmen , tekrar asla konaklamam ve tavsiye etmem .bu bilgilerin otele iletilmesini rica ederim

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed our coffee out there and our wine in the evenings. It is very close to the enchanting town with shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful.
