14振りに訪れた。当時は電話接続だったインターネットもWi-Fiに変わり、部屋のメンテナンスも行き届いていて、良いホテルはいつまでも良いのだなぁと実感した。 ただ、サンジミャーノの町からも離れてはいるので、車で行かなければいけないという面倒はある。 しかし、それだからこそ、トスカーナの田園風景の中に身を置く事が出来、極上の癒し空間を提供して貰える。

tuvimos una muy mala experiencia con una chica de restaurant Braserie llamada LUCIA, fue muy muy grosera, no sabíamos que se requería reservación, puedo entender las reglas, sin embargo explicamos que no teníamos auto de renta y eran las 9 pm ya no había manera de ir a cenar a otro lugar ya que para ir a san gimignano es en carretera, no puedes ir a pie, no había otro lugar a donde ir a cenar, lo explicamos de buena manera y muy groseramente dijo que no y que no de muy mal modo, sin importarle que nos quedaríamos sin cenar, Giacomo se acercó y trató de solucionar, ya que le explicamos la situación, prácticamente era quedarnos sin cenar en un lugar sin donde poder ir a comprar algo más, él le comentó a lucia y lucia siguió con su mala actitud, el tuvo la amabilidad lo cual él nos resolvio en que pidiéramos algo del menú que no fuera carne, nosotros queríamos cenar lo que se adaptará sin ocasionar problemas. Fue una muy mala experiencia para nosotros. Giacomo y Silvia de restaurant excelentes nos atendieron de maravilla y nos hicieron nuestra estancia muy amena, el hotel está hermoso, rodeado de viñedos, su alberca muy bonita y la vista a san gimignano es increíble, fuera de la otra mala experiencia le hubiese puesto un 10 en todo!

Super Service, toller Ausblick und aussergewöhnliche Ausstattung. Entspannung am Pool und schöne Wanderung. Wir haben uns zwei Nächte auf unserer Motorradtour durch die Toskana hier schön erholt.

Wir waren zu zweit 3 Tage in dem Hotel. Die Lage ist super, aber das ist leider schon alles. Das Zimmer hatte den Blick auf das Dach vom Gebäude. In der Beschreibung war der Blick auf die grüne Landschaft vorgegeben.Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, leider sehr renovierungsbedürftig. In der Toilette hing der Papierhalter schräg und wackelig herunter, das Wasser in der Dusche lief nur sehr langsam ab und Warmwasser gab es nur früh morgens. Meistens war es lauwarm. Zum Duschen zu kalt.Die Seifenspender fielen Nachts lautstark von der Wand. Bei der Bestellung Nachmittags, vergaß die Bedienung das Bier, dafür kam dann Abends das falsche. Es waren mehrere Gerichte auf der Karte nicht verfügbar. Meine Frau entschied sich für Nudeln mit Pesto und ich mich für Lasagne. Beide Gerichte kamen nur lauwarm bei uns an. Die Lasagne war innen noch kalt. Also beides nur aufgewärmt. So schmeckte es dann leider auch. Ach ja, wir hatte zum Wein auch noch eine Flasche Wasser bestellt. Die kam dann auch recht schnell, leider wurden die Gläser dazu erst auf Nachfragen am Schluss nach dem Essen an den Tisch gebracht. Alles in allem war der nicht ganz billige Aufenthalt unter dem Strich sehr bescheiden und ich werde nie wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

The property was underwhelming compared to photos and description! Staff was on point but not warm! During breakfast the lady didn’t even say hi! Room felt like a disable room! Location was amazing and the views to vines were also a plus Would not stay again

El hotel es perfecto para una escapada en la Toscana. El desayuno es delicioso.

Everything was perfect

Great hotel in a great location. It's a traditional Italian villa in the Tuscan hills with a stunning view of San Gimignano and the countryside. All staff were friendly and helpful and our room was large and eminently comfortable. The grounds are generous and well maintained (incl. pool area) meaning there was always plenty of space to sit undisturbed and away from others. Overall, a wonderful place to go for a peaceful and relaxing adult break.

If you want a place to relax and enjoy the fantastic landscape. Good restaurants close by and the world heritage of San Gimignano is a must see. Not to mention the very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. A big recommendation!

The hotel is beautiful and staff are great! we enjoyed fantastic 3 nights there Special thanks to Silvia from the reception for helping every need with a lot patience and knowledge

Property was magnificent

Os avons passé un super séjour!

Veldig flott hotell med fine uteområder og fin utsikt. Deilig basseng. Vi hadde en familie-leilighet og den var veldig stor, med to bad og gode senger. Deilig med aircondition i flere rom. Eneste som trekker ned er at den ikke har balkong eller uteområde, og det var ikke kaffe-maskin på rommet. Ikke mulig å gå til San Gimigano pga trafikkert vei. Men samtidig er de deilig å nye roen litt utenfor i landlige omgivelser.

Extremely clean hotel. Great location in the middle of Tuscany just about 2 miles from San Gimignano. Only negative comment is that the bar of soap in the room was the smallest bar I have ever had to use.
