バスタブの栓が壊れていて、お湯をためることができませんでした。そのほかは問題はなく、部屋は広く快適で、静かで、中心地にも近く、良いところでした。朝ごはんの会場も見晴らしが良く気持ちよかったです。

ホテルの予約は入ってないと受付に言われショックで途方にくれた。レファレンス番号を見せても、予約は無いの一点張り。しかも満室だから部屋はどこも空いてないとインド系の受付男性がかなり感じ悪かった。こちらのミスと言わんばかり。その晩泊るところが無いのは困るので、何とか遠く離れたホテルを世話して貰った。ホテルからはお詫びの言葉は一言も無し。ホテルズドットコムの悪口を言っていたが、こちらとしてはどちらが悪いのかは分からない。ホテルディダッチからお詫びの一言あっても良いのではないかと思った。せっかくの旅行が台無しになった。ホテルズドットコムからは其れなりの埋め合わせはあった。二度とこのようなことが無いことを願いたい。

　宿泊した日に、スポレート・フェスティバルのバレーの上演（21：00～23：00）がローマ劇場であり、夜遅くまで楽しめました。大勢の観客で混雑しましたが、すぐ隣がホテルなので帰りも楽々。ホテルの名前は、ディ・ダッキと発音するようです。

Ottimo hotel e ottimo ristorante

Clean, modern and well-maintained hotel, with a fantastic view over the teatro Romano and a panorama of the hills from our lovely room. Staff are excellent, helpful and polite always. It has a great restaurant for all meals, breakfast cold buffet selection is very high quality. Pastries are exceptional, bread options could be better.

Hotel bem localizado, perto do centro histórico e com estacionamento próximo, é bom para fazer tudo a pé tranquilamente. O café da manhã é muito bom e a equipe da recepção e do restaurante sempre atenciosa e educada.

Nice people and place and food

This hotel was beyond our expectations. Our suite was large, comfortable & spotless. The kind front desk lady let us check in early. The breakfast was plentiful & delicious. The desk got us a taxi for departure at train station. Our only regret was not staying longer. We loved this hotel & will stay here again happily.

komfortabelt hotel med god billigenhed centralt i byen. Fint værelse med god udsigt. Hele hotellet virker dog lidt slidt og træt, og det virker ikke som om der er gjort noget i mange år. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at skrive hjem om, intet varmt mad som man ellers ville kunne forvente på et 4 stjernet hotel.

Loved the hotel. Most staff helpful. Called taxi for us. We asked for price upfront to exact address. Said 100 euros. Ended up being 150 euros. They gave us "discount" to 130. Hotel should guarantee price with local taxis or pay difference.

Well located hotel with clean, well appointed bedrooms. Spacious common areas are welcoming.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and very courteous. The location was also well-situated on the edge of the old town of Spoleto and within walking distance to our favorite ristorantes and shops.
