部屋の設備自体は至って普通ではありましたが、部屋が広く快適に過ごすことが出来ました。立地も非常に良く観光するには最適なホテルです。もし車で行くのであれば進入禁止エリアが多くなかなかホテル近くまで行けないので事前にホテルに問い合わせしておくことをお勧めします。

部屋の窓からの眺めが気持ちよかったです。 ケーブルカーに乗るバスまでも徒歩5分くらいですし、不便のない立地でした。 各所で出会うスタッフも笑顔で対応されていて気持ちの良い滞在でした。 朝食のチーズ、特にリコッタチーズが美味しかったのです。

ホテルは古いものの手入れはほぼ行き届いている印象であった。 ただ水回り設備の古さに加え破損が気になった。 朝食に関してはサラダ類がないことを除けば種類的には普通。但し先日の朝食時の残りではないかと思われる食材があったことはマイナス(ボイルエッグ など)。 ロケーションも一本通りから入っていることで静かなことは助かった。

ホテルへの道は細いし一方通行や通行禁止地域が多いオルビエート。公共駐車場が徒歩２分のところにあるが、重い荷物を載せるためにホテルの前へ車を移動させようとすると大回りしなければならずちょっと迷うと３０分は走らされる。石畳の道、重い荷物を引きずってでもホテルから駐車場へは徒歩移動した方が圧倒的に早い。公共駐車場は８～２２時まで有料で１時間１€。見どころは半日で見て回れるほど小さな街なので、車ならケーブルカー乗り場登り終点前の大きな駐車場に停めての観光というのも選択肢としてはあり。

良い

スタッフは感じよく、親切。英語はかろうじてできる人と、できない人、シフトにより色々。値段の割には、朝食がよい。ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルト、フルーツあり。

最初にホテルに向かう時は場所がわかりづらく、迷った。 ホテル自体はとてもきれいで、wi-fiが３０時間無料で使えたのがよかった。 朝食バイキングもホットメニューがあって、充実していた。 フロントの人にCivita di Bagnoregioへの行き方を聞いた時も、懇切丁寧に教えてくれた。

立地は良い。部屋の広さも良いが、ランプ等にホコリがたまっていたり、シャワー室のゴムが劣化しすぎていたり。朝食の種類は豊富とは言えず、朝一だったからか、数種類ができるコーヒーマシーンできちんとコーヒーが作れず、ジュースもマシーンのみで、水と原液のバランスが悪く薄い物が出てきた。ちょうどスタッフがいて見ていたので「これはダメ」と2杯目を作るように言ってくれたが。最悪だったのは、ジュースのコップ。ガラスではなく、プラスティックのペラペラの物だった。4つ星にガッカリ。

4つ星ホテルとして期待したが、サービスにがっかり。しつらえは、良いのだが、サービスに難あり。従業員の私語雑談（特に朝食時）、フロントの名所案内のそっけなさ。部屋が広く、見晴らしもよくいい感じだったが、フロアーにベッドの移動でついた傷が無数にあったのが残念。3泊滞在。

Limpo. Arrumado. Ótimo local. Recepcionista da noite muito gentil. Mas é super confuso chegar lá e estacionar. O e-mail com explicações gera mais confusão ainda.

Wonderful Hotel, with lovely clean room and amazing rooftop views from our balcony, and within walking distance from the main attractions, great experience!!!

Nice hotel, first time here. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Near a nightclub, so not the quietest place on a Friday or Saturday night, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Clean, comfortable rooms and reasonable prices.

Un albergo per gruppi di turisti americani. Prima colazione servita in uno spazio angusto e scuro. Da non tornarci.

Loved the veranda outside!

The view from the balcony was amazing and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. There are lots of stairs (if you're on the top floor especially), so if you're like us and have heavy luggage then it'll be challenging. But beyond that, it was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel (and the restaurant next door!)

The property was fantastic, very comfortable, nice amenities, in the middle of the city, and amazing staff.

Nice hotel, but staff was not friendly at all. Shower is poor but room was good with nice balcony overlooking the city.

The staff was super helpful. Even for reserving taxi services. They helped us bridge the language gap with our driver. Told us the sites that we must see in Orvieto. And our room - #503 is fantastic! 2 balconies with panoramic views. Amazing! Can't say enough. Breakfast was good, too.
