デザイン、センス、朝食、ベッドの寝心地、立地、景観、周辺のカフェ、レストランとも素晴らしい

エステンセ城の真ん前で観光に便利。事前にチェックインしてくれとメールがきたので、パスポートの写真を撮ったりして手続きを進めた。宿に着くと既にチェックイン済みなので、鍵をもらうだけ。飲み水サーバーがフロント横にありフリーで利用出来る。部屋はとても広く、すばらしい

観光、食事、買い物など便利な場所にあります。エアコンがあるため暑い日も安心して滞在できます。

ホテルに到着した際に、笑顔を迎えて下さいました。とても感じのいいスタッフに方々で気分よく滞在できました。

The hotel just locates at the main area of the city of Ferrara. You can walk around the downtown from there easily. The place is very close to supermarket and decent restaurants also.

エステンセ城の目の前、清潔で快適なお部屋と水回り。朝食のビュッフェは、種類も豊富でとてもおいしいし、ケーキやフルーツもたくさん。コーヒーもいろいろオーダー可能です。

施設が新しくとても快適です。 部屋の水周りも気持ちよく、朝ごはんは子供向けなのか、チュッパチャップスやグミもそろえてあり センスもいいです。 フロントも対応が親切だし、くつろげるフリースペースも気に入りました。

清潔な部屋、シャワールーム、優れた立地、朝食、フロントの方の応対、何をとってもとても大満足でした。特に朝食はバラエティに富んでいて美味しかった！超オススメなホテルです！！！

改装してモダンな印象だが、最上階のためかシャワーの出が良くなかった。空調は暖かい空気が出なくて、朝方に非常に寒くなり･･８時くらいから廊下で作業の物音がうるさくなりフロントに電話したが止まない。つい、部屋係に怒ってしまった。チェックイン時のフロントはオーナーの娘らしく、予約の部屋以外を見せて欲しいと言ったが良い顔をしなかった。翌朝のフロントは婿のよう。なんだかなぁ･･朝食の会場は洒落ていて内容も満足。まあ何と言うか悪くはない。安く泊めてやってるんだと言う意識もあるのかな？

Estuvimos en el anexo, que era espectacular. La ubicación, fantástica. El desayuno, exquisisto. Un lujo de hotel.

The hotel is located right next to the castle, which is a perfect location for exploring the city. You can stop your car for around 10 minutes to unload your luggage, but afterward you need to find a parking place nearby. Thankfully, the receptionist is extremely friendly and very helpful with parking recommendations and directions. If you are not comfortable with walking, this might be a small inconvenience, but personally it was not a problem for me at all. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom, although not very large, felt modern and luxurious enough. I also really enjoyed the beautiful art collection displayed on the walls throughout the hotel, which gave the place a unique and elegant atmosphere. The breakfast was average, but I really liked the artistic concept of the hotel, which made the overall experience more memorable and authentic. In a nutshell, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would gladly come back again.
