街の中心にあり、便利。朝食も美味しかった。

スタッフの皆さんが素晴らしい 立地もよく観光しやすい

どこに行くにも便利で、この値段であれば充分です。小さい故のアットホーム感もありましたし、夜間は施錠されるのでそれも安心でした。スーパーも八百屋もすぐ近くで、コインランドリーも近くにあります。大手ホテルの朝食のようではありませんが、家庭での朝食と思えば充分。いわゆるトリノの中心街まで徒歩10分。駅まで徒歩15分。ミラノに行くにも東京から横浜、京都から大阪に行くようなもの。とにかく便利でした。また利用したいと思っています。

フロントの対応がいい。ホテルの部屋が使いやすく清潔。

フロントの方の対応がとてもよかったです。朝食は、マカロンなど、スイーツも充実していました。

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé, personnel très avenant et au petit soin. Belle chambre spacieuse, très grande salle de bain. Très confortable, très propre. Petit déjeuner fabuleux, très varié, très bon. Je recommande +++++

No se corresponde a un hotel de 3 estrellas,habitación muy simple, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y el baño y la ducha sin agua caliente, el desayuno sin fruta

We reported to the receptionist that the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working during our first hour of stay and yet it was never fixed at all. Also, it smelled in the hallways - could be because it's an old building.

C’est tout simple puisque l’hôtel était fermé ,ce que nous avons appris en sortant du taxi qui nous y emmenait. La personne qui était à l’accueil nous à tout d’abord dit qu’on allait nous rembourser. Puis voyant notre insistance, puisque nous arrivions dans une ville inconnu pour un séjour très court, cette personne a appelé un autre hôtel De surcroît le coût du second taxi a été à notre charge. L’hôtel de substitution était tout à fait correct

Hotel muitíssimo apertado e quente, ou seja, no verão não recomendo

Väldigt nedgånget och gammalt hotell. Det luktade mögel i hela hotellet och en del av inredningen var ihoptejpad. Vårt första rum kryllade av myror i sängen, när vi får ett nytt rum (på femte våningen utan hiss) är även det rummet fullt av myror. Håll er borta

It was close to the major sites.

A localização do hotel é ótima. A tv não funcionava,mas depois de alguma insistência foi substituída. O quarto estava bem aquecido,mas o ar condicionado era mt ruidoso.No quarto o papel de parede tinha alguns rasgões,contudo na casa de banho tudo funcionava bem . Os funcionários mostraram-se prestáveis e atenciosos. O elevador esta a avariado.

Hotel che ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.

Hôtel proche de toutes les activités du centre ville (rues piétonnes, magasins, musées...). Très propre et bon accueil. Ascenseur en panne (depuis longtemps apparemment...) sinon chambre correctement chauffée.

I was checking in with my friend who was on crutches and the lift was not working so it would’ve helped if our room was on the ground floor. However, we were placed on the 4th floor which was not good considering the circumstances. Only 2 plugs worked (1 in the bathroom) where there were multiple that didn’t work. No problem with the bed and bathroom itself.

Tres propre, tres joli, personnel ultra sympa, en plein coeur du centre historique.

We were on the fourth floor and the elevator kept breaking down. Other than that we had a good experience.

Fairly well located in downtown Torino. It is truly very close to much of the city centre’s places to visit. However, it is not placed on the most beautiful block. Lots of construction happening within a few paces. Breakfast could improve substantially, although not bad. It is an old building and it notices. I would still consider it for future visits depending on the room fares.
