立地が素晴らしい。王宮などメインの場所に徒歩5分ほど。フロントはじめスタッフの対応は良くもなく悪くもなく、きわめて普通。部屋のドアが、ヨーロッパの建物によくあるタイプのもので、カードキーに慣れているものにとってはちょっと使いづらかった。ホテルの向かいにカルフールがあり、便利でした。

単純に泊まるだけなら問題ないと思いますが、このホテルの良さは全く感じませんでした。 チェックインの時はパスポートをすぐに返してもらえず、部屋は狭く、深夜でも外がガヤガヤうるさかったです。 Torino porta nuova駅からは徒歩圏内ではありますが、大荷物を持って歩くには少々煩わしい距離です。

トリノ中央駅から10分程度歩いた場所にある。アメニティは必要最小限、というか石鹸だけ。でも朝食付きでこの値段なら仕方ない。、

日本のビジネスホテルと割り切れば、安くて良いホテル。主要駅から歩くには少々距離ある（20分程度）。 観光スポットにも近い。土曜の深夜に外で騒いでいる人がいたのは何か？bar があるわけではにのに。

ロービースタッフに 冷蔵庫が壊れていてクレームを言ったが翌日しか対応出来ないと言われた。 レストランの冷蔵庫出来ないと飲み物を冷やしてほしいと言ったが出来ないと言われた。 翌日直してくれたようだがあまり冷えなかった 二日目部屋に戻った時電気が部屋飲み物電気が全くつかなかったが連絡すると直ぐに対応はしてくれたがこれはホテル側飲み物基本的な操作ミス飲み物ようだった 同じシングルでも部屋の大きさ時ベットの大きさが違う

Great experience for few nights in Torino for mates wedding. Perfect location to everything. Impressed, got my bed made with clean sheets each day, and fresh soap and hair stuff - Has a small fridge which was cold.. and nice, convenient for keeping drinks cold on the summers days. All in all just what I paid for...

Gostei muito do local, só faltou o ar condicionado.

Séjour très agréable, hôtel très bien le Restaurant de l’hôtel est vraiment bon et nous avons une remise de 10%.

This was a great place to stay. My only quibbles are that the plastic cups used for the juices at breakfast were so flimsy they almost collapse in your hand (and seemed rather downmarket), a more varied selection of fruit would have been good, and some muesli.

The only redeeming quality of this place was the location. A total of three cockroaches in my room during my three day stay, after closing off each drain after the first. Staff didn't seem to mind. Surely you're better off spending a little extra to not have these roommates. bathroom appliances were falling apart, bed was incredibly hard. at least the AC works!

Confermo tutto cioʻ che di positivo avevo scritto qualche settimane fa: ottima posizione, cordialità e efficienza della reception, bella camera pulita,con a/c ben funzionante.Unico (piccolo) neo: getto d'acqua della doccia debolino. Ci tornero!!!

This is a great little hotel - close to transport and the vibrant parts of the city. Breakfast could have a few more options - but a small complain on what is otherwise a good, affordable option in this great city.

Comodissimo con la stazione fi Porta Susa e vicinissimo a poazza Castello. Camera singola spaziosa con piccolo disimpegno con porta

Ottimo albergo confortevole con stanze comode e ben arredate unico neo televisore troppo piccolo per la distanza dal letto. Migliorabile la colazione ma grande posizione strategica al centro della città, vicino a tutto.

I’m not going to allow the French man who checked us in RUIN our stay but he was very very rude and arrogant, you can tell he’s not happy working with the public. The other thing that was disappointing was I know when booking air conditioning is a MUST This place advertises air conditioning, but when checked into a room, nothing. The rude French Checking # guy said that must be a mistake. This building has no AC. Other than that clean rooms service at breakfast was beautiful all the other front desk Associates were gracious and kind except for the one that checked us in

La camera un po piccola, bagno cieco ( come nella maggior parte degli hotel), un po rumoroso dalla strada ma nel complesso non male, colazione soddisfacente,ritornerei.

Hotel molto centrale. Molto pulito ed accogliente. Siamo ritornati volentieri dopo tanti anni.

Posizione,camera,letto,bagno,colazione: tutto veramente ottimo in questo hotel a metà strada fra P.Nuova e piazza Castello. Se poi considerate che sono riusciti a farmi il check-in due ore prima dell'orario previsto,la soddisfazione è completa. Ci torneroʻ sicuramente!!!!
