1番リーズナブルな部屋を予約したため、部屋はとても質素でしたが、大変清潔で、タオルや寝具も申し分なく、シャワーのお湯も満足でした。シングルベット２つのリクエストもきちんと対応してくれて、受付の方も感じが良かったです。

One of the best hotel. They welcome as family, and room was clean and comfortable. The location is so good for sightseeing , shopping, and dinner. I would like to stay again.

フロントはとても親切 ただし建物が古いためエレベーターの設置ができないとのことで、重く、大きい荷物を持っている人には不向き 部屋は非常に綺麗で古さを感じさせない

アットホームなホテルでした。スタッフの皆さんがとても親切です。 他の口コミにもある通り、階段しかないので、荷物を運ぶのがやはり大変でした。理解した上で宿泊したので、文句はありません。 朝食も美味しくいただきました。 途中シャワーのお湯が水になった時は冷や冷やしましたが、なんとか大丈夫でした。

3日間、滞在しました。 スタッフの方が、フロントに常駐してくれているので安心です。 また、どのスタッフさんも優しくて英語が話せなくても、とても親切にしてくれました。 2階のフロントまでは、エレベーターがなく大きな荷物を持っていた場合は大変かもしれませんが、それを打ち消すほどいいホテルでした。 ちなみに、シャンプー、ボディーソープ、スリッパが部屋にあります。 また、洗濯も朝にフロントにお願いすれば午後には帰ってきます（2〜3kgで30€でした）

エレベーターがなくホテルの入り口が2Fでホテル内もロビーから内階段が何段か有り荷物の重い人は要注意。少し部屋が狭いが朝食もバイキング式で満足でした。　室内は綺麗で清潔でした。駅やドーモが近くとても便利でした。

全体的にとても良かったです。部屋も落ち着けて広さもちょうどいい感じでした。

配慮の行き届いたホテルで快適に過ごせました。

ビジネスで宿泊したが、観光でも極めて便利と思う。フィレンツェの中心部に有り、窓からドゥオモとジョットが見える。駅（トラム、鉄道）からも十分に歩ける距離にある。建物は古いが、部屋の中の設備はほぼ新しい。

たいへんきれいな客室、新しいエアコン、十分な広さ、便利なロケーション、おいしい朝食。バスが無しの部屋だったのが残念。それ以外は満足。

All staffs are so kind for us.the room is not so large but clean.breakfast is also nice.the hotel is very close to the duomo(about walking 3 min !)

O quarto estava sempre muito limpo! A equipe é maravilhosa e o hotel é perto de tudo. O café da manhã é muito bom também! Super recomendo!

Friendly staff, great location on a cute pedestrian street, very close to the central market. Nice walk to ponte vecchio and office, as well. Good breakfast with delicious tarts (spinach and ham/cheese) but with they had better espresso…coffee/cappuccino from a machine. Beds firm, room clean, albeit spartan. Recommend!

Room and breakfast were excellent. Very clean room and good lite breakfast options. While warned about the stairs (no elevator) I was on the second floor (2 up from the lobby) and the lobby is 30 steps up from the street so 70 steps in total. OK for a couple days and lite luggage but it does wear on you after awhile. I would stay here again for a couple days as the location is great and there is a great little Trattoria just to the right of the entrance.
