ホテル係員が親切。サビースが良い

ホテル従業員：フレンドリーで、説明等が丁寧。サービスが行き届いている。 立地：窓を開けると絶景が広がっており、観光地に近いためとても良かった。 ただ、ホテルに通るや道に長い階段があるため、要注意。 朝食：適度に満足。可もなく不可もない。カフェラテが絶品でした。

夏のハイシーズンに二泊させていただきました。場所はポジターノ中心地にある為、どこに行くにしても、とても便利です。お部屋も清潔感ある可愛い色調の部屋で快適でした。宿泊客専用のFreeWifiも使えるので、インターネット環境も申し分ないです。 なんといってもスタッフの対応が素晴らしい(-_^)前泊したホテルに忘れ物をしてしまった事を相談したら、忙しいシーズンにも関わらず、わざわざ車で取りに行ってくれました。ホントに助かりました。英語も堪能なので、イタリア語が苦手な方も大丈夫です。

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast room was small but they made sure we got plenty to eat. The location was great, right in the middle of everything.

Breakfast could be better. Fresh juices, better bread. Eggs were all dry. Bring ear plugs. Very noisy street. Hotel and stuff were excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bougainville and highly recommend it! The staff goes above and beyond to assist your every need. The location is PERFECT! We had a sea view balcony room and it was well worth it! We would 100% stay here again!

There is no parking there but parking was very close

We loved our stay here! Location was perfect and super close to everything! The only hard part is hearing the elevator in the very early mornings or when someone was checking out, but all in all what an awesome time we had in Positano! Plus, the rooms are super cute, spacious & clean!!

The room was roomy, white clean, crisp sheets and towels. It had a lovely balcony with a retractable awning, perfect for a glass of wine and appetizers at the end of the day. Loved the staff! Breakfast had so many options, many organic so something for everyone. Short walk to the beach and shopping.

Perfect location close to the local bus line and pedestrian access to the city/beach. Quaint, clean room with view of the water and small balcony. Accommodating staff-even allowed my husband to use the small elevator when he sprained his ankle during the trip. Two long flights of stairs to access the room, but typical for Positano as the entire city is on a steep hillside. Excellent breakfast with good variety.

So glad we chose this hotel. Excellent location in the heart of the Central area. Friendly and helpful staff that reached out in the weeks before our trip and helped us arrange baggage transfers and transportation from Ravello. The breakfast is plentiful and the staff are excellent and gave us sightseeing and hiking tips. Would highly r recommend.

Love this hotel! It was amazing!!! Very nice staff and rooms were clean!

Balcony view was the only positive experience. Poor bread quality in doggy bag, which I suspect they recycled cos is so crushed n used.. not hygienic! Fruits are either over ripe or unripe! The bananas are so black, unfit to be served. Room service was do slip shot, within 15min! Sink not properly washed..
