地下鉄トレド駅の前、レストランBabaを入ったところ、駅から3分。屋上テラスでの朝食気分最高。

スタッフの人も優しく、エアコンもあったので夏でも利用しやすかったです。口コミではシャワーがあまり良くないと書かれているものをいくつか拝見しましたが、わたしの部屋ではシャワーも悪いと感じることはなかったし、毎日タオルも換えてくれていたので快適でした。ただベッドにダニが少しいたのが気になりました。 また、ひとり旅には向いていないホテルだと感じました。周辺があまり治安のいい場所ではないこと、夜に少し騒がしいと感じる日が何日かあったことが理由です。夜景を見る場所自体は治安が良くても、ホテルへ戻るのに少し治安が悪いところを通らなければならないので、ひとりで宿泊予定の方は滞在を検討し直すことをオススメします。 ですが朝や昼、夕方の暗くなるまでは治安が悪いと感じることもなく、むしろ人通りが多い場所なので特に心配することはありませんでした。トレド通りにも近く買い物もしやすい場所で、地下鉄の駅も歩いて2分ほどなので観光には非常に便利でした。 ホテルには関係ないことですが、これからナポリに来られる方へ。 治安が悪いと言われていても、スリが多いというだけで、本当に怖い目に遭うことはありませんでした。本当に気をつけなければならない地域へは行かないことが大前提ですが、それ以外は、海外ではしていて当然の対策のみしておけば特に怖いと感じることはありませんでした。（スリ・スリ未遂にも遭いませんでした）南イタリアは本当に行ってよかった、また行きたいと思える場所になりました。過信しすぎは良くないですが、気をつけすぎて存分に楽しめないのももったいないです。南イタリアの明るい雰囲気と美味しい食べ物を是非楽しんできてください☺︎

シャワー以外はスタッフも親切で良かったです。

スタッフは皆さんすごく親切です。ホテルまで迷わずに行けます、どこに行くにも便利ですが、バスルームのコンディションはあまり良いとは言えないです。排水の匂いが気になりました。

メトロToledo駅から徒歩1分。メインストリートのToledo通り小さい路地を奥に入ったところにあり少し解りにくいですが、看板が出てます。入口では右側にあるベルを毎回鳴らして開けてもらう必要があります。 ホテルは部屋も15部屋ほどの小さなホテル。朝食はついてますがあくまで最小限のもの（パン、ハム、チーズ）だけです。 部屋のアメニティなども最小限のものしかありません。 ただ、オーナーさんはじめホテルのスタッフはみなさんとてもフレンドリーで、1階にある共用部分にはBarがあり、バリスタのおじさまがいるときはエスプレッソをたまに淹れてくれます。（朝一番とか、夜にいることが多いです） ナポリは他のヨーロッパの都市に比べると、街自体があまり治安が良くないですので滞在先はアットホームなこのホテルにして本当に良かったし、毎晩ホテルに帰るとホッとできました。 旧市街地やカプリ島へ行くための港（空港バス乗り場）へも15分〜20分ほど散歩感覚で行けて便利です。 是非また利用したいです。

ナポリ一番のメインストリートに近く、メトロポリターニアやフニコラーレへのアクセスも良い。 しかし、このホテルの良さは、何と言ってもオーナーのホスピタリティあふれる接客対応です。 一人旅で利用しましたが、家族の様に親切に接してくれて、ホテルを出るのが、寂しく感じるほど。またナポリに行くなら、このホテルを選びます。

ガレリア、ヌーボ城、港、フニクラーレの駅に近く、旧市街方面へのアクセスも良いという、観光場所の丁度真ん中にあるという立地の良さが魅力。建物は新しくはないが清掃はちゃんとされていた。予約したのはシングルルームだったがクイーンサイズのベッドだった。朝食は、クロワッサンなど２－３種のパン、2種のハム、ヨーグルト、シリアルといった、ごく普通の内容。周りに高い建物がひしめく地区なので、窓からの景色は良く無い。価格と立地を一番にとらえたなら間違いなく大満足。到着が22：00だったので、空港近くのホテルも考えたが、その時間でもタクシーがいるので問題なし。

Det var bra og ut i fra pris og standard var vi fornøyd med en natt på hotellet. Rommene var greie og personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Hotellet hadde en bra beliggenhet og nærhet til mye. Ut i fra pris og standard sto det til våre forventninger.

Staff were extremely helpful, from before Check in (they offer a 24 hour service), offering recommendations for sight seeing, good seafront restaurants and valuable tips on how to get the trains from Naples to Ercolano. Will definitely stay there again, a properly welcoming group of people, central location and right in the heart of the city!

We arrived late evening and were greeted by the friendly reception staff who assisted taking the luggage to our room. The room was a little small with minimal space to manoeuvre. Bathroom was basic but clean. Beds were fairly comfortable and there was not too much noise from outside. Location was good with many bars and cafes/restaurants nearby, as well as a local shop. There was a safe area for us to leave our luggage in the morning after check out, allowing us to walk around the area before leaving.

God lokation. Venligt personale. Egentligt hyggeligt i deres Junior Suite, men stedet mangler noget vedligehold. Særligt trækker det ned i vurderingen, at madrasserne er så gamle, at man bliver stukket af metal, der stikker ud. En topmadras havde hjulpet, men det er vist på tide at udskifte hele madrassen.

Great place, great location!

Very convenient hotel in Naples. The rooms were comfortable, not luxurious. About what you’d expect for a very old, but lovely building in the heart of Naples. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked and was a welcome relief from the heat. Breakfast was delicious and served on the terrace. I’d definitely stay here again!

Muy atento el personal del hotel, nos ayudaron en todo momento y fueron muy cordiales al sugerirnos lugares para comer y visitar. También nos pidieron el taxi a la estación del tren, solo hace falta más variedad en el desayuno. Muchas gracias !❤️

Furniture is very dated, matress and bedframes uncomfortable, water ac everything works but old, small barthrooms. Hotel is a very antique place, in a eclectic neighborhood and that is oretty mucj it but definetely not a 3 star nor a 8+ rating. Nothing to do with staff just overall socore..Sorry.

When I first checked into the hotel, the first thing they told me was that there was not going to be power the following day starting at 8 o’clock in the morning. I guess it was fine not a big deal but then they added that there would also be no hot water starting at 8 o’clock in the morning. I had already made the trek all the way to the hotel. I didn’t feel like canceling and booking another hotel so I ended up staying. However, to make matters worse at the end of the night, I wanted to bring a friend to my room and they wouldn’t allow it. They said he had to leave by midnight? It was insane. They really had some audacity to not only cut the power at 8 o’clock in the morning, but then not allow me to bring a guest into my room. I felt like I was a teenager living at home again. I travel a lot, and I have never, ever stayed at a hotel where they had such a strict policy about guests. Not sure what the reason was, in the morning they didn’t have any breakfast so it’s not like the other person would have eaten anything, shoot I didn’t even get to drink or eat anything. I didn’t see absolutely any amenities that a second person could possibly take advantage of. On top of everything the hotel is super rundown, it’s in the middle of one of the loudest parts of town. I probably didn’t sleep till about 3 o’clock in the morning with all of the noise from the streets below. Definitely would not recommend.

Good hotel, friendly stuff, clean room. A bit outdated hence the price I suppose. Location is great, but it can get extremely noisy at night from all the bars and restaurants outside. Didn’t get a single sleep without waking up at least 2-3 times at night. This can last up until 4am, so be ready for that.

This hotel is a bit run down, but it is in an excellent area within the City. The room was clean. There was large damp patches above the shower, but everything was clean. The staff were wonderful and could not do more fir you. Very friendly and attentive to your needs. Breakfast was lovely on the rooftop.
