とてもフレンドリーなホテルスタッフで 楽しく２泊過ごせました。 朝ご飯もとても美味しく、コモ湖を見ながら食事できました。 また、道路挟んだ所にレストランもあって ピザやパスタが美味しかったです。 ホテルの前がバス停になってて それもすごく便利でした！ また、機会あれば泊まりたいです。

Konum olarak çok güzeldi güler yüzlü personel güzel bir aile işletmesi otelin manzarası harikaydı ancak oda da bardak yoktu klima çok gürültülüydü ayrıca oda da çay yapmak için su ısıtıcısı yoktu internet iyi çekmiyordu.

The view from the property is amazing. The room is ok but could use some upgrades. The bed was not very comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The breakfast was excellent.

Prisen taget i betragtning, så var vi meget skuffet over opholdet, som var på 3 overnatninger. Især morgenmaden var under al kritik. Ingen ost, varm mælk og juice og frugten var muggen. Aircondition virkede ikke, der var ingen fjernbetjening til TV. Jeg kan absolut ikke anbefale hotellet til andre.

The owner of the hotel greeted us kindly. We had a fantastic room with a view of the lake. The staff was very friendly. Very authentic old world lake Como hotel experience. Breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner which we loved. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff.

Bra utgångspunkt för utflykter i området. Ovanligt bra sängar för att vara i Italien. Inte märkvärdig men god frukost. Familjär atmosfär, utmärkt bemötande av ägarfamiljen.

Idéalement situé à l'entrée de la ville. Place de parking à l'hôtel. Au bord du Lac Personnel et patron très sympa et de bons conseils

More of an inn than a hotel, cozy and clean enough. Good lakefront location with ferry stops and bus stop nearby. Meets expectations :)

The only good thing about this “hotel” is the location. Rooms outdated but okay for the price, however very cold. On the other hand please avoid this accommodation, the receptionist I assume owner named Silvia wrongfully accused us stealing from the breakfast then started an argument being quite aggressive and making no solid point which is totally unacceptable as we were paying guests. Only the gentleman at the reception tried to deescalate the situation which made us not to pursue furthermore the situation. This has made such a bad impact on our trip, she was hitting a tone that was derogatory , was pushing the lines of bullying and was far from professional behavior.
