バスマットがなかった為にタオルを使いました。バスマットがあるといい。 駅に近く橋を渡らずにホテルに到着できるので、荷物が多い我々は助かった。

綺麗で受付の対応も感じ良い。また泊まりたい。

駅に近く、観光名所にも行きやすいです。スタッフの方もフレンドリーで、お母さんやお父さんのようでした。 ただ、ヴェネツィアだからかもしれませんが、シャワーの出が悪かったのが難点でした。 狭い部屋でも清潔でしたし、窓が小さいが室内は白くて明るかったので安心でした。 値段を考えたら良心的だと思います。

カーニバル期間中だったためか、若干予算オーバーでしたが、サンタルチア駅からも近く、お土産屋やレストランもたくさんある通り沿いですので、滞在拠点として最高でした。

メイン通りに面しているため、通り沿いの部屋は外の喧騒が若干気になりました。 しかし、サンタルチア駅からトランクを引きずって歩いても5分もかからないし、ヴァポレット乗り場にも便利でした。 共用の冷蔵庫と電子レンジもあって、疲れた日はワインやお惣菜を買ってきても部屋で食事できました。

マダムのさわやかな笑顔が疲れを癒してくれます。英語が通じるので、困ったことはありませんでした。夜も交代の人がフロントにいるので、遅くなっても安心です。２４時間、出入りは自由という事でした。鉄道駅、空港からのバスターミナル、ヴァポレット乗り場に近く、ヴェローナへの日帰りやムラーノ島、リド島へのアクセスもいいです。もちろん、リアルト橋やサンマルコ広場へもヴァポレットに乗って快適に行く事ができました。

12部屋しかなくこじんまりとしたホテルです。その為顔を覚えてくれるので、部屋の鍵も番号を伝える間もなく渡してくれたり、昨日は○○に行ったみたいだけど、今日はどこに行く予定なの？と友達のような会話が楽しめます。（特におじいちゃん）スタッフは英語OK、私は中学生レベルですが言いたい事をくみ取ってくれました。イタリア語の地図もくれ、日本のガイドブックよりも役立ちます。小さい通りの名前も載っており全てが伊語なので迷っても標識と照らし合わせ易かった！！朝食はｸﾛﾜｯｻﾝ2個とヨーグルトやコーンフレークなどなので、しっかり食べる私にとっては物足りないものでした…が、コーヒー系の飲物は沢山種類があり楽しめました。室内は最近リフォームしたのか思った以上に奇麗で、クローゼットにはハンガーがあり自宅のように寛げました。ただ冷蔵庫がないのでチョコやチーズが心配でした。GWに行きましたが、暑くてクーラーがあるホテルで助かりました。ホテルは大通りに面しレストランや土産物屋があるので夜でも女1人でうろうろしても危険は感じませんでした。窓を閉め切れば何とか寝れますが少々騒音が。。チェックアウト後に荷物を預ってくれますが、別室ではなく、受付のホールにポンと置いておくだけ！動揺したら『ずっと見張ってるから大丈夫！』と言います…鍵付きチェーンなどがあると多少安心できますので是非お持ちください。でもとってもよい滞在が出来ました。

サンタルチア駅に近く、荷物の多い旅行者には好い。今回使用したダブルベットの部屋は狭いが、改装されているのか結構きれい。朝食は典型的なコンチネンタルブレックファースト。一泊ぐらいなら十分である。ここからヴォパレットの乗り場までも近いので、初めての人は②番に乗って大運河を経由してサンマルコ広場まで行けば、ヴェネチアの大体の距離感覚、街の様相を知ることが出来る。 ホテルまで帰る時、夜でも人通りが多いので女性、家族でも安心。昼間ならサンマルコ広場まで徒歩でも40分ぐらいで行ける。駅近くなのでレストランテ、タベルナも手ごろなのが多い。総合的に、便利でお薦め出来るホテルでしょう。ホテルはシャワーだけなのでゆったりタバスタブにつかりたい人は、もう少しホテルグレードを上げなければなりませんが。

Clean room friendly staff very convenient location

Stayed at this hotel for one night, as we had an early flight and needed to catch the city bus early. Went to hotel before I checked in to ask a question about transportation and front desk was more than helpful! Clean hotel, safe, secure and convenient to train station/ water taxi.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. So many dining options within walking distance of hotel. Also loved how near it was to the station.

En general esta bien para unos cuantos días, la habitación es muy chica. Si llevas mucho equipaje queda todo amontonado. El desayuno estubo bien solo que falto algo de verdura.El personal gue amable. Esta cerca de la estación de trenes caminando.

This was my third time staying here and it was nice to see the standard has been maintained since my first stay in 2008. It’s in an excellent location and that’s the most important thing in Venice, the ease of arrival/departure. I saw so many people lugging their bags up and down the bridges of Venice, whereas all I had to do was walk a short distance from St Lucia Station. Being at the top of the city in Cannaregio means that all of Venice is in front of you and at your feet, literally, you walk everywhere. The hotel is inside a lovely old Venetian building, whilst inside it's all marble and clean lines. I paid a really good price for a week in Venice in the middle of summer. My room was on the first floor and very comfortable with a double bed, work table, kettle with tea & coffee, luggage rack, TV and free WiFi. I had a typical Venetian view over the lane from the window. The washroom was a good size with a nice shower. The service and cleanliness was very good. Breakfast is available for a fee onsite. I’ll be back to stay when next in Venice.

The hotel was decent and centrally located, making it easy to get around. However, it would’ve been nice to have an espresso machine available. Initially, my bathroom toilet wasn’t working, but the staff responded quickly. The front desk lady called a plumber, though it was going to take some time, so she kindly moved me to a different room—which turned out to be even better.

Good location, room was quiet and clean, bed comfortable. Plenty of space. Good base for exploring Venice
