The hotel is near from a boat station zattere ,face to canal and lido .This hotel make us reflex to the history .A room is clean , renovated and cozy.It takes Only 10min walk to Sanmarco temple and other's.

クラッシックなホテルです。小さな運河沿いのヴェネツィアらしい街並みを部屋から眺められました。朝食は質素ですが、美味しいカプチーノやエスプレッソを作ってもらえます。 ヴァポレットの停留所から近く、橋を渡らずホテルに行けます。

The location and the cost performance are very good. Ii you don't care out bath and no air conditioner, we do recommend.　The insect repellent is not forgotten if staying at the midsummer.

This was an excellent stay! The staff was very professional and nice. Always wanting to help out. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious. Location was great as it wasn’t directly exiting to tourists. I definitely recommend. Shoutout to Lorenzo as well for being very nice and helpful.

The only things I think the rooms need are: 1. Facial Tissues 2. A television Everything else is perfect, including the location.

Rent rum, trevlig personal, blev uppgraderad till dubbelrum utan att fråga. Frukosten helt ok. Fint läge vid kanal som samtidigt kan störa om du är lättväckt.

Its very near to the drop off point for the waterbus which is pretty convenient especially if you’re carrying heavy luggage. The property has basic amenities and makes for a decent stay.

Wonderful place, right by the canal.

The location is great with easy access to the vaporetti stop Zattere or Accademia. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a hotel with a nostalgic/historic atmosphere, so not for the ones interested in minimalistic modern hotels. They have a small elevator and aircondition which is great. The only thing to comment on is that the shower appliances were a bit shabby/run down. But all in all it can give you "A room with a view”-vibes. :)
