サンマルコ広場にもリアルト橋にもアクセスが良く、とても便利でした。朝食は最高で毎日ついつい食べ過ぎてしまいました。次来た時も泊まりたいです。

最初にホテルに行きつくのは難しいが、ホテルからの案内がわかりやすい。サンマルコなど、動きはよい。部屋の掃除はいまいちです。

サンマルコ広場からも歩いて行ける距離で、立地は非常に良いです。 部屋はこじんまりしていましたが、必要なものは揃っています。 朝食も付いていたので、値段的には中心地の割に高すぎずいいと思います。

立地はかなり良いので、立地に救われていると思います。 基本的に一人用に与えられた部屋はとても狭いです。部屋に入ったらバスルームの排水の臭いがします。下水管ほどの耐えられないレベルではなく、ある程度メンテナンスはされているのだと思いますが、部屋の広さ的に全体に充満してしまいます。バスルームに小窓があるので自身で換気するなどの対応が必要です。さらに、部屋では構造上の問題か、上階のシャワーやトイレなどの排水音が部屋にいてかなり聞こえます。響くというより生に近く聞こえます。天井に水漏れの跡がありますので、構造的な問題があるのではないかと思います。今回は冬の滞在でしたが、夏だと困るかもしれません。 窓は開きますが、何かが見えるわけではなく、物置のようなものが横にあるだけとなります。換気ができるので良いですが。 他の部屋は見ていませんが、もし他の部屋もこの延長線上にあるのだとすると、誰かを連れてきたり、誰かに紹介したりというのは難しいと思います。今回は一人旅だったのでまだ良いですが。ホテルでは寝ているだけで、ほとんど街に出ているであろうベネチア。休める場所があれば大丈夫な人は大丈夫だと思います。価格設定的にはもう少し期待してしまいます。逆に、リピートさせない前提の部屋割り当てだったのかもしれませんが、、、。 なお、ホテル自身が個人経営、民宿と謳っているので、歴史のある建物として考えるとメンテナンスは一応頑張られてはいるのではないかと思います。 サービスは朝食もよく、宿泊前にホテルまでの地図やイベント案内などのPDFを送ってくれたり、チェックインの際、花火などのイベントがあるなど話をしてくれました。また、部屋まで荷物を運ぼうかとも聞いてくれました。 ベネチアの他のホテルに訪れたりしていないので比較ではなく、感覚として費用対効果としては、時期、立地を考えても、もう少しコストパフォーマンスの良いホテルがあるかもしれません。

部屋のWifiが弱め

フロントスタッフが丁寧。部屋は豪華さは無いがインテリアがお洒落。12月31日にはサービスでスパークリングワインとグラス2つが置かれており、楽しみました。立地も良く、観光に適しています。

Personnel aux petits soins, qui prodiguent des conseils et bons plans avant même l arrivée ! 👍 Hotel très bien situé, mais calme. Literie confortable. Bon petit déjeuner varié !

The staff at the Hotel was amazing and could not of done more to accommodate us. We have stayed there in the past and will in the future. That says it all!

Well, the hotel is different from the picture. It's old with no remodeling over the years. Location was not bad. A lots of things were close.

Greay friendly welcoming hotel. Beds comfy, all the amenities we needed. Good breakfast options. Luggage storage room was useful due to flight times.. would definitely stay again at this hotel

Hotel staff were very helpful and very gracious. Our room was perfect for a set of parents with 2 kids. Breakfast was good and the location is great.

Quaint hotel with super helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was incredible and I could smell the fresh bread baking every morning from my room - it was a lovely way to wake up! I would definitely stay here again when I return to Venice.

Lovely hotel with friendliest of staff who bend over backwards to please. Excellent fresh breakfast with many delicious options. Convenient location in historic building midway from St Mark's square to Rialto bridge in midst of many restaurant options and shopping. Large rooms with antique Venetian style lovely furnishings.VERY clean. No elevator but staff eager to help with luggage. VERY high recommendation.
