船着場やメインストリートに近く、治安がいいので夜遅くなっても安心。 部屋は清掃が行き届いている。 朝食もそれなりに種類はある。 ただし、ホテルスタッフは最悪。 チェックイン時は男性スタッフが対応してくれたが、とても無愛想。何かを聞いても面倒くさそうに対応する。2泊したのだが、2日目の朝に「（スケジュール通り）もう1泊するんだけど部屋の掃除はいらない」と話したところ、勝手に延泊と勘違いされた。勝手に勘違いされ、謝罪は一切なし。 部屋の金庫が故障中で、2日目には直すと言われたが、全然直っていなかった。 女性スタッフは親切で、とても感じがよかったが、この男性スタッフは最悪。 wifiはfreeだが、部屋では使えない。 部屋のテレビも説明書通りにしてもつかず、スタッフを呼んだがあれこれやって電源がついたのは1回のみ。テレビはあきらめた。 次回はこのホテルは使わないし、他の方にも絶対にすすめない。 同じぐらいの価格で他の良いホテルはたくさんあります。

Everything about stay was amazing! They made us feel like we were home even though we were thousands of miles away from home! The room was authentic! The breakfast each morning was delicious. Any questions we had, they were prompt to help us. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this being our first time in Italy. We had mentioned that we were there for my parents 80th birthdays. The morning of my mom's birthday, they had baked her a cake and had it waiting. To say they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable is an understatement. We will definitely stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to visit Venice again!

Clean rooms, great location and lovely staff. Also the breakfast was amazing!

This was our best hotel experience! The hotel is really nice and clean. It has a warm vibe with classic features. This was made even better by Marco and Tatiana who were so lovely and friendly. We were spoiled at every step and really taken care of. Marco helped us a lot with advice on how to get there, things to do in Venice, ways of transport, even printed some vouchers for us. Tatiana was wonderful with great breakfast and home made cakes. We felt so welcomed there and would definitely recommend and we'll come again.

If you want a cross between a Bed and Breakfast and a Hotel - then this is the right place for you. The staff were warm and friendly, the hotel was quite and calm, only 11 rooms !! The breakfast each morning was terrific, not what we in North America view as a breakfast, but it was terrific !! it was nice to go see Venice by day but then return to the peacefulness of Lido !!

4 star only for the owner who is super nice and accomodating. The place is also okayish. The budget room is extremely small. Cant even walk around the bed. Its really just a bed. Bathroom is really just a shower so tiny that you would hit your arms and back while taking a shower. Place doesn't have an elevator so you would have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Its difficult to reach here. If your primary goal is to see venice then I'd recommend pay extra and stay in Venice.

Nous avons adoré notre hôtel. C'est un endroit charmant avec un jardin très agréable. Le secteur est tranquille. Tous les membres du personnel ont été très gentils et serviables. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très copieux et tout était bien frais. Il y avait un gâteau maison différent chaque matin. Je le recommande chaleureusement. Un grand merci à nos hôtes.

Need a ferry to get to but definitely worth it

Uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk ontbijt, met voor ieder wat wils.

Sehr nettes Personal und ein für Italien sehr gutes Frühstück, besonders der Cappuccino. Eins war etwas störend: kein Schrank für die Wäsche, nur für Sachen auf Bügeln. Also: alles bleibt im Koffer. Aber sonst gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Venedig ist per Vaporetto sehr gut erreichbar, wenn nicht gerade das Personal streikt, was uns passiert ist.

Breakfast had good choices and was restocked quickly. Service was good. Dining area was tight when seated. The view from the rooftop was amazing! Especially the evening of the thunder and lightning storm!

Excellent hôtel, très propre, bien équipé. Excellente literie. Chambre bien équipée et très calme. Personnel tres professionnel. Nous avons reçu beaucoup de conseil. Très bon restaurant aux alentours. Possibilité d’emprunter des vélos gratuitement. Nous conseillons la balade autour de l’île. Vaporetto à courte distance à pied. Petit- déjeuner correct. Petit plus: chaque jour une pâtisserie maison différente. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel!

Beautiful architecture in a serene, peaceful area.

Great little gem of a hotel. We very much felt at home. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Very nice atmosphere. Great view from the roof top.
