船着場やメインストリートに近く、治安がいいので夜遅くなっても安心。 部屋は清掃が行き届いている。 朝食もそれなりに種類はある。 ただし、ホテルスタッフは最悪。 チェックイン時は男性スタッフが対応してくれたが、とても無愛想。何かを聞いても面倒くさそうに対応する。2泊したのだが、2日目の朝に「（スケジュール通り）もう1泊するんだけど部屋の掃除はいらない」と話したところ、勝手に延泊と勘違いされた。勝手に勘違いされ、謝罪は一切なし。 部屋の金庫が故障中で、2日目には直すと言われたが、全然直っていなかった。 女性スタッフは親切で、とても感じがよかったが、この男性スタッフは最悪。 wifiはfreeだが、部屋では使えない。 部屋のテレビも説明書通りにしてもつかず、スタッフを呼んだがあれこれやって電源がついたのは1回のみ。テレビはあきらめた。 次回はこのホテルは使わないし、他の方にも絶対にすすめない。 同じぐらいの価格で他の良いホテルはたくさんあります。

Quiet and relaxing hotel area, a very delicious breakfast buffet to start your day. Very friendly &welcoming staff. Walkable streets, within minutes walk to nearby beach, center, and minutes water taxi to SanMarco square!

Property was good but people don’t know how to fix issues they keep giving excess I need ac to work first nite they told me it only work if the weather is hot next day it was hot weather they told me out is 22 and I put 18 degree they said it is not difference between 18 and 22 there is 4 degree difference in assuming they don’t know what they saying I gave up and I will never return to this place

Wonderful, charming, quiet and amazing stff!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be more pleased. This is a truly charming hotel with a lovely atmosphere, made even more special by the warm and attentive hosts. The room and all facilities were clean and tidy! We will gladly recommend this place to everyone we know.

Ihana pieni hotelli rauhallisella alueella muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Lidon vaporetolta. Huoneissa viehättävä sisustus. Oikein hyvä aamiainen.

Ik heb een erg prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel in Italië. De kamers waren schoon en goed onderhouden, wat meteen een fijne eerste indruk gaf. Het personeel was uitzonderlijk klantvriendelijk en stond altijd klaar om te helpen, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. Het ontbijt was absoluut een hoogtepunt: er was veel keuze en elke ochtend werden er verse gebakjes gemaakt door het personeel. Dat maakte het ontbijt echt bijzonder. Als echte cappuccinoliefhebber moet ik ook zeggen dat ik hier de lekkerste cappuccino gedronken. Al met al een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel en gastvrij verblijf.

Stayed two nights and the room was never cleaned nor were we informed you had to leave a card on the door for it to happen. At 3 pm I went to the reception desk to be informed it couldn’t be done now. I insisted we needed two towels which eventually happened. Staff were not helpful. After 40 years of staying in hotels in around 70 countries I have never experienced such terrible treatment. Would suggest you avoid this one

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per una struttura vicinissima all’imbarcadero per Venezia. Personale gentile e competente. Colazione ottima con anche prodotti fatti in casa. La consiglierò sicuramente a conoscenti e amici.

Hotel was lovely, room was great just the bathroom/ shower shelf missing/Broken meaning all shower stuff had to be left on the floor. Breakfast was great not full English but scrambled eggs,bacon and all the usual continental and cereals. Served with fresh coffee or tea. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by and away from the madness and costs of Venice island. Handy for the actv waterbus 5-10 mins walk would definitely go back

I loved my stay at Ville Delle Palme. They are super welcoming, breakfast was incredible, and Mrs. Tatiana makes the best pastries and cappuccinos. The hotel has a tourette where you can have a beautiful view of Lido. Check the main avenue for great spots to eat. Lido is very cute and transportation to Venice is abundant by vaporetto. The property is precious and very well kept. Just be aware of the stairs when packing your luggage.

Ein wunderschönes, stillvolles kleines Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Gutes Frühstück mit selbstgebackenen Muffins und Kuchen. Lage ideal um Venedig zu entdecken. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Everything about stay was amazing! They made us feel like we were home even though we were thousands of miles away from home! The room was authentic! The breakfast each morning was delicious. Any questions we had, they were prompt to help us. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this being our first time in Italy. We had mentioned that we were there for my parents 80th birthdays. The morning of my mom's birthday, they had baked her a cake and had it waiting. To say they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable is an understatement. We will definitely stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to visit Venice again!

Clean rooms, great location and lovely staff. Also the breakfast was amazing!

This was our best hotel experience! The hotel is really nice and clean. It has a warm vibe with classic features. This was made even better by Marco and Tatiana who were so lovely and friendly. We were spoiled at every step and really taken care of. Marco helped us a lot with advice on how to get there, things to do in Venice, ways of transport, even printed some vouchers for us. Tatiana was wonderful with great breakfast and home made cakes. We felt so welcomed there and would definitely recommend and we'll come again.

If you want a cross between a Bed and Breakfast and a Hotel - then this is the right place for you. The staff were warm and friendly, the hotel was quite and calm, only 11 rooms !! The breakfast each morning was terrific, not what we in North America view as a breakfast, but it was terrific !! it was nice to go see Venice by day but then return to the peacefulness of Lido !!
