シャワー室排水溝が詰まっていて水が流れず水が溢れて、部屋まで浸水しました。

Murano Faroのヴァポレットから徒歩1、2分の絶対迷わず辿り着けるホテル。 ベネチア本島に泊まるか悩んだけど、道が複雑すぎてホテルを見つけるのが大変だったと思うから、ここにしてよかった。 ただ、鍵があまりにも古すぎて開け閉めがすごく大変だった。 あと、6時以降はホテルの人はいなくなるため、それ以降に帰って何かトラブルがあっても対処してもらえない。 私達の場合は１日だけタオルが替えられていなくて、新しいのが欲しかったがどこを探してもスタッフは見つからず、連絡先もなく、諦めました。 でも、立地と安さを考えたらまぁまぁ快適なホテルでした。

I was not happy with my experience. Had to wait outside with no instructions how to get in when finally a guest opened the door only because he was on his way out!! Waited over 20 minutes after a long day taking trains and boat ride. They even make you pay for a bottle of water!

The breakfast was great and the lady served us breakfast with big love and care. We had a strike going and she advised us to use the other site of the island for the transport to the Venice area. She was a great help.

We had the most lovely visit. This hope is quaint quiet and beautiful. It is right in the middle of Murano and attach to the most delicious restaurant. The fabulous food family run.

Room was decent size and bathroom okay. Was clean and comfortable if a bit warm for me tbh... Central location to Murano

Quaint little motel. No screens on windows so could not open to let in fresh air. Do not go by pictures in ads - not near canal or lights along waterway. Light breakfast provided was tasty and coffee good and hot.

**Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Stars)** My wife and I recently stayed at Al Soffiador and we couldn't have been more impressed! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, it was a truly delightful experience.

O local é tranquilo e longe das badalações de Veneza, hotel confortável, com atendimento muito cortez e todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, o hotel possui um restaurante anexo, senti um pouquinho de falta somente de uma pequena geladeira no quarto, o ponto forte do foi banheiro novo e em excelentes condições de higiene e uso. Todo o comércio de vidros de Murano muito próximos com diversas opções de preços, a localização é excelente, pois fica a menos de 200 metros da estação Faro.

So easy access and locations

Amazing spot on Murano. A quiet island away from the hustle of Venice. Place was a few min walk to the water taxis spots. A+. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

Very close to ferry station and middle of town and reception was very kind. They also allowed me to check-in as early as 10 am because room was ready!

Very clean room and staff is very kind. Free breakfast but we did not have time to have breakfast because we need to catch the boat early .
