お庭のお手入れがきちんとされていてこじんまりしたホテルで良かった

老舗のリゾートホテルらしく、清潔で上品な佇まいに満足。また利用してみたいです。

チンクエテッレへ行く目的で2016年4月中旬に3泊しました。レンタカーでしたが、駐車場の入口が交通量の多い通りに面しているので、出入りは要注意です。ポーターさんもすぐ荷物を運んでくれ、感じが良かったです。 ワンコ連れ滞在でしたが、お部屋にドッグフードの小袋（サンプルサイズ）プープバッグなどのギフトが用意してあって、心遣いに感激しました。ちなみに朝食会場へもワンコと一緒に行けます。別スペースにはなりますが、部屋にワンコを置いて行かなくて良いので安心です。ワンコ用ごはんもお願いできます。今回はチキンとライスに細かく刻んだ人参やパプリカでした。自身もワンコと暮らしているという女性レセプショ二ストが作ってくれました。 お部屋は広いバルコニー付き、周りにはワンコの万が一の飛び出しを避けるためか、フェンスが貼られていました。バスタブ付きで、洗濯物用ロープもありました。 中心部までは徒歩10分、駅までは徒歩5分。レセプションで列車の時刻表をもらえて助かりました。チンクエテッレは結局1日観光で、他の日は町散策。中心部にはおいしいレストランもあります。Oca Biancaはオススメです！お食事もですが、ペストやワイン、レモネードなんかも買えます。マンダリンのソーダは美味しすぎました。 町の雰囲気も良く、ホテルのスタッフもみな親切で、機会があればまた戻りたいホテルです。

駅にも近く、施設は新しくないが綺麗に手入れされていて、とても快適な上に、フロント、ルームスタッフも感じよく、大変ホスピタリティが高い。

フロントスタッフがとても感じよくホスピタリティがきちんとしている。タオルの交換やお掃除スタッフも感じ良い。また泊まりたいと思わせてくれるホテルでした。

We had a wonderful stay at the Metropole. The room was clean, beds comfortable and breakfast delicious. The location was perfect for walking and exploring the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The property is beautiful and located in a great area of the town of Ligure. Easy walk to town, shops, restaurants and shopping. The town is wonderful and our favorite coastal town from our 6wks of travel. Unfortunately, you cannot escape the sound of traffic at all hours of the day, especially the Vespas and motorcycles. The Staff was very nice and helpful when asked. Denise and Gabriel were genuinely excellent! They helped make our dinning experiences great each time we chose to eat at the hotel. The outdoor pool was not opened due to repairs being made for the busy summer season. The indoor pool was open and very enjoyable. Our massage experience was good not great. The tables sqeeeked and you can hear people walking by and talking. The deep body massage option needs to be improved upon. Still enjoyed it. The lower beach snack bar was opened for 2 (weekend) of the 10 days of our stay. Maintenance work was vigorously being performed throughout our stay. However, it did not take away of the beautiful gardens and meticulously cleaned walkways and outside areas. Everybody was courteous and helpful. In summation, we realize that we had visited before the busy season and they were still gearing up for it, so that did kind of take away from the ultimate experience when their up and running at full capacity. Beautiful hotel, beautiful people and beautiful experience. Also, suggest to take walk/hike to Portifino/lighthouse…better then ferry

Nydelige omgivelser, god frokost!

The room was very nice. Also the facilities, spa and garden are beautiful . However, breakfast was subpar for a hotel in this price range. Also, there is not even one complementary bottle of water a day in the room. The amenity kit in the bathroom was substandard. Body lotion and conditioner were provided sporadically. Body soap And shampoo were two in one and not particularly good for the hair. If it were only for the facilities I would rank the hotel as good. It is an older building, but has a certain Charme to it.

Breakfast was great. The staff was very nice and attentive.

My room faced the back side of the hotel...Had a very small ocean view from a corner of the balcony. The room was very small but clean and slept on a single bed. The SPA/Gym area and pool were all nice with views of the bacy from every corner. The restaurant was very good and also with lots of local options. Very walkable from main attractions in Santa Margherita.

Breakfast on the terrace was lovely, very comfortable room and lovely team.

My wife enjoyed her massage with candle at the spa very much! The hotel is incredibly beautiful and dinner and breakfast are both spectacular! We return every year to this incredibly beautiful hotel! The staff are also so very friendly and are almost like a 2nd honorary family to us! Bravo!

Lovely hotel, gorgeous location. Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool is very nice and the beach area is great with a lovely view. Definitely recommend

Total experience is excellent however hotel needs some renovation .My room was clean . Breakfast was good . Spa was grate . front desk and stuff was friendly and accommodating . Honestly look forward to go there again

Nice mid tier property, the tall front desk guy was a jerk but our stay was ok overall. The hotel is dated, smoky in the hallways and there’s rule signs everywhere. The best part was the ocean patio area.
