ベッドはシングル３つをリクエストしていましたが、実際ダブルが２つ、チェックイン時に再度シングル３つに依頼すると翌日修正すると回答があったので我慢しましたが何も変更なく3泊過ごしました。お風呂のドアがないので洗面台の床が濡れて大変なことになります。せめてお風呂のドアがほしい。立地場所、スタッフの挨拶は大変良かったです。

スタッフの方はとても親切に迎えてくれました。また、立地はとてもよく、出かけるのに便利でした。

We stayed in a suite room with a balcony for two nights. Compared with other hotels in Paris, the service was really poor and definitely not worth the price. The ladies at the reception never smiled, and no one helped with our luggage. The room itself was okay, but the fridge was not working. The trash bin in the bathroom was full of rubbish from the previous guest. This hotel is only good for its location. We will look for a different hotel on our next trip to Paris.

空港からの列車が通るシャトレ駅から徒歩3分圏内、またサンミシェルノートルダム駅からも徒歩10分ほど。ノートルダム大聖堂やサントシャペルがあるシテ島のすぐ側にある。市街にあるので狭い部屋かと思ったが、案外広めでゆとりがある。さすがフランスなのか、アメニティがセンスが良い。朝食もいかにもフランスの朝ごはんという感じで、美味しくいただいた。

地下鉄やRERの中心駅の近くでどこに行くにも便利。セーヌ川河畔を散歩やジョギングしやすく、歩いて美術館巡りもしやすい。

ロケーションが良く動き易い。

大きなホテルではないが、空港直結のRER Bのシャトレ駅から近く便利。部屋も必要十分でコスパ良い。宿の高いパリで良いホテルを見つけた。

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful for us. I feel like this room has smelled terrible like sewage…

Everybody of the reception was all kind except for a lady with light hair, who had no smile and kindness....and I appropriate the bath tub, but no cartain made me use the shower hard....

コンパクトな部屋だが清潔

風呂が使用しにくい。夜中に火災報知機が鳴り、慌てることがあった。

バスタブ付きの部屋を予約してましたがシャワーのみの部屋でした。 冷蔵庫周りも今まで誰も掃除してなかったのかなっていうくらいほこりだらけでした。 掃除もトイレのゴミ箱が入ったままだったり色々思うところはありました。 めんどくさかったのでとくに何も言いませんでした。二度と泊まらないです。

サービスは良かったが、部屋がとても狭かったのが残念でした

とにかく便利な場所にありました。徒歩圏内に観光名所がたくさんあり、地下鉄の駅もバス停も近いので移動も簡単。夜も人通りの多いところから少し入るだけなので、女性が一人出歩くのも個人的には不安に感じませんでした。 部屋はきれいに掃除されており、シャワーのお湯も十分で排水も良かったです。 スタッフも気持ちよく対応してくれます。カジュアルな感じなので、一流ホテルの丁寧なサービスを希望する人には物足りないかもしれませんが、過剰なサービスはかえって気疲れする庶民派の私にはちょうど良かったです。

街歩きには便利、空港から電車で30分ぐらいで簡単に行きましたが出口が沢山ありリフトが故障していたりして時間がかかりました。周りはレストランやカフェがありますが静かです。

チェックアウト日にエレベーターが故障．朝の外出時には6階から歩いて降りるはめになりました．３時間ほどで直りましたが，荷物を運べず，チェックアウト前に大分待たねばなりませんでした． それ以外はスタッフも親切で，部屋も清潔，便利な立地で良いホテルでした．

予約の時にバスタブ有りで、お願いしてましたが、チェックイン時に無い部屋になっており、変更をお願いすると料金の変更を言われましたが、そのまま無視して、支払いませんでした。使ったグラス等が洗われてなかったり、2日目からバスタオルがフェスタオルと間違っていたりで、色々アバウトなところが有りました

Accueil déplorable ! A notre arrivée il y avait un agent d'accueil. C'est la seule différence par rapport à un formule 1 car l'échange verbal...il n'y en avait pas. Pas de bonsoir. L'agent me regarde de ses grands yeux en attendant que je formule une demande. Il me fait signer une tablette et me dit qu'il faut régler la taxe de séjour d'environ 11 euros. Ce seront ses seuls mots d'ailleurs. Puis ils me donnent les cartes de la chambre et voilà. Pour avoir fait 5 hôtel ses 2 dernières semaines, je n'ai jamais vu un accueil aussi glaçant : aucun bonsoir et aucune information sur quoi que ce soit. Pas de question non plus pour savoir si on voulait un petit déjeuner. Tant pis on fera autrement. Je me suis dit que c'était peut être lié à la personne. Le lendemain matin, nouvel personne à l'accueil de l'hôtel. Malheureusement pas beaucoup mieux. pas de questions ni aucune question si l'on avait passé un bon séjour ou si l'on voulait un petit déjeuner. Air dépressif genre "je suis à l'accueil mais ne m'adressez pas la parole car j'ai pas la tête à discuter avec vous". Pas un sourire, rien, le néant.... Au final nous sommes partis faire un brunch dans le quartier. Et au vu de la prestation du brunch, je n'ai eu vraiment aucun regret. Je suis désolé, mais soit les employés sont dépressifs soit il faut vraiment revoir les règles d'accueil et d'hospitalité en hôtellerie. Je n'avais réservé qu'une nuit. Mais si ma réservation avait été plus longue, j'aurai annulé et réservé ailleurs.

The gentleman that checked us in when we arrived he was nice and helpful. Everyone else was RUDE. The hotel has a terrible smell of sewage. The room smell like sewage also .the lighting in the hallway was supposed to be on a motion detector, that did not work . It was the scariest thing !imagine standing in a unfamiliar dark hallway. The rooms were duty the bathroom was dirty with mold in the shower the hand held device in the shower was broken! It was the most uncomfortable and scary experience. The following morning I went to ask reception a question(older Caucasian women) about where is a rubbish bin. She looked at me and said” I don’t know and my bin is only for paper “terrible customer service
