エレベーターがとても狭いということ以外は言うことなしです(パリは多いでしょうが)。フロントのかたもみなさん優しく、朝ごはんも美味しかった。立地的にも落ち着いており文句なしでした。

Wi-Fiのパスワードをフロントで尋ねても自分はわからないという返答。部屋のインフォメーションにはフロントで確認するようにとあったので、結局Wi-Fiは使えず、困った。

とても丁寧なスタッフの方々がいらっしゃって、お部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです！

比較的内装は新しく、従業員はフロント、朝食用のビュッフェどちらも親切でした。 メトロの駅やスーパーからも近く、また有名観光地が近いこともあり飲食店も近隣に多くあり便利です。

パリの中心部に位置しており，観光等にとても便利です．Opera周辺からは離れていますが，近くのバス停からバスが頻繁にでていますので全く問題ありませんでした．

賑やかな学生街に近く，便利な場所にあります．ホテル周辺は静かなので，安心です．operaまでは少し離れていますが，バスが頻繁にでています．

何より、どのフロントスタッフも綺麗な英語でフレンドリーに対応してくれるのは、嬉しい。 立地は、最高で、観光にはもちろん、近くに安くて美味しい中華レストラン「MIRAMA」がある。 夜は、そぞろ歩きながら、凱旋門まで。途中、セーヌ川のほとり、クリスマスイルミネーションのシャンゼリゼを歩き、非常に満足。 1泊＋3連泊したが、皆、顔見知りになった感じ。 ただ、部屋は狭く、スーツケースを広げるのもやっと。エレベーターも廊下も、全て狭い。 朝食は、毎朝全く同じメニュー。

Excelente hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is in close walking distance to the train and multiple metro stops (3-9 min), the Seine and Notre-Dame Cathedral which made it a great location. The entrance of the hotel is on a peaceful street that is only open to pedestrians and the hotel is elegantly designed. Located on the first floor, we loved our room (which had a nice window to the central courtyard that brought in lovely light). Despite being located next to the lobby and elevator, the room was fairly quiet and private. The hotel also offers great amenities. There's an incredible breakfast area two levels down that is lined with stone bricks and had extensive food options. One level up from the breakfast area was a large, comfortable, well-decorated, quiet sitting area with a honor bar. And, the air conditioning was phenomenal. We happened to be visiting during a heat wave and the hotel was very refreshing and perfectly cool. Finally, the 24/7 staff is friendly, knowledgeable and spoke great English. There's not a single thing I can criticize about our stay. If you are looking to stay toward the center of the city, then I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was incredibly accommodating. We arrived in the morning before our check-in time. They offered in the basement a lounge, restroom area for guest to use, as well as luggage service. As we head down to the lounge, the staff ran after us and informed us that our room is ready because they gave us an upgrade to a king size bed room! The hotel is beautifully decorated and conveniently located in St. Germaine near Notre Dame, but on a very quiet street. The breakfast buffet is also amazing with great spread, hot and cold, pastry, etc. We will definitely stay there again!

Nous avons été surclassé en chambre Quenn , super accueil , hôtel et déco de la chambre très charmante ! Magnifique petit déjeuner buffet un peu petit mais tout y est super bon et de qualité. Je n’hésiterais pas à revenir et je recommande ++

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but understand it was very good. The front desk staff were wonderful, thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. On occasion, the maid staff missed replacing coffee and towels. The location is fabulous and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Really great breakfast with lots of options. Room was cute, clean and bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly with multiple languages spoken.

The room was clean with excellent air-conditioning. It had all the conveniences we needed. I didn't like being on the ground floor, would've prefered a higher floor. Staff were friendly and professional. It's not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. We stayed in a 3 star earlier during this trip to France in the 6th arr which we enjoyed more.
