Perfect!

We are so happy staying at the hotel de seine. Nothing was so special about itself, but very cozy. Breakfast was exquisitely delicious. The front staff spoke in English, if they needed to.

施設の古さや階段の音が響く部屋とかも利便性には敵わない

オルセー美術館やルーブル美術館等の有名観光地に徒歩で行けます。周りにはレストランも多く、夜遅くまで賑わっていたので、治安的に不安はありませんでした。部屋は小さいですが、クーラーもついていたし暑い夏でも問題はありませんでした。ただ壁が薄いのか、隣から話し声やTVの音が聞こえます。ホテルのスタッフさんも親切な方が多かったです。ただ残念なのは冷蔵庫がない事。もし冷蔵庫があったら最高だと思います。

ホテルの周りには飲食店やスーパーもありますが、ホテルは静かでとてもゆっくり出来ました。どこに行くにも便利でバスタブもあったので、歩き疲れた体にはありがたかったです。ただ、部屋に冷蔵庫かないのでチョコレートやバターを最終日に買わないといけないのが不便でした。 でもまた泊まりたいホテルです。

ホテル自体は古いですが、きれいに整備されています。サンジェルマンでプレやルーブル美術館にも歩いていける距離です。 　近くスーパーマーケットやレストランカフェがたくさんあります。特に歩いて数分のところニパチで有名な「ポール」があるので朝焼き立てのバゲットを買いに行くことができました、わずか1ユー予15で焼き立てのバゲットが食べられます。

ロケーションは最高。部屋は広い。この値段で、これ以上何を望めようか。

駅からも近く、周りに飲食店も豊富にあり、スーパー（カルフール）も近く、ルーブル美術館に徒歩圏内でロケーションがとても良かったです。ホテルの方もとても親切でした。部屋もとても素敵で、夏の暑い時期に泊まりましたが部屋に冷房があったので本当に快適に過ごせました。一点だけ気になった点があり、洗面所に小さいコバエのような虫が沢山いたんです。殺してもキリがないくらい沢山いました。虫が苦手なのでとても気になりました。洗面所に沢山いるのですが、数匹部屋の中にも入ってきました。衛生面がいいとは思いませんでした。

何回も泊まっていますが、いつもフロントの人は、とても親切。そして部屋も快適でした。

口コミ通り素晴らしいホテルでした。古いので致し方無いかも知れませんが、エレベーターが故障で2階(日本だと3階)が3日間使用不能でした。スタッフは皆さん親切で、掃除も午前中部屋で仕事してても午後直ぐに丁寧に掃除して、トイレットペーパーの予備置きとか、至れり尽くせりです。唯一の欠点は冷蔵庫が無いことですかね。

サンジェルマン、カルチェ・ラタンの落ち着いた雰囲気が気に入りました。 地下鉄の駅も複数あり、どこへ行くにも便利です。 ホテルはやや狭く、冷蔵庫が無いなどのマイナス点もありますが、部屋の内装は素敵で、とても清潔に保たれていました。 スタッフは皆大変親切で、とても流暢とはいえない英語でもきちんと話を聴いてくださり、また良い対応をしていただけました。

サンジェルマンデプレの教会からすぐで、メトロの駅も近く便利でした。 ホテルのすぐ近所にレストランも多数あってとてもよかったです。 ホテルの朝食のクロワッサンが最高でした。部屋は少し狭かったですが、 浴室は広く不自由は感じませんでした。

近くにはサンジェルマンの街やサンジェルマン教会があり、ショッピングや散策にはとても良い環境です。ほんの少し足を伸ばすとノートルダム大聖堂やルーブル美術館にも歩いていくことはできます。パリのホテルはどこもそうらしいですが、部屋はこじんまりして建物自体も新しくはありませんが、きれいにしてあり、トイレやバスもきれいでした。スタッフの方もほかの方がおっしゃるように気さくに対応してくれました。英語で全然問題ありません。

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Upon arrival we were greeted warm and friendly and the front desk staff was outstanding. Unfortunately, our air conditioner was leaking down the wall and onto the twin bed. The twin bed became soaked and we put towels down and pulled the bed out from the wall. We let the front desk know, and they said they would be on it. Their fix was to pull out the bed even further, leaving no room to walk and putting more towels into a bucket. The next day they tried putting cloths directly into the air conditioner and use tape. Of course we’ve taken a number of pictures and we also reached out to the hotel. They offered to buy us breakfast on our last day but time did not allow for that. When I email them after our stay. I received a friendly email stating that they would give us a discounted rate the next time we stayed in Paris. Again the condition of the room for over €600 a night was unacceptable.

I recently booked with this hotel due to the amazing location. However, my room was filthy and smelled of dust, mildew, and mold. The fabric on the walls seemed to have never been vacuumed or cleaned, and the pictures and mirrors dropped tons of dust out of them. Unfortunately, I had to check out early, as the hotel room made me extremely sick and I was unable to breathe during the entirety of my stay. The hotel staff was rude and would not offer any type of accommodation to remedy the situation. The hotel offered no refund for checking out three days early. The first time I asked for a remedy of the situation, I never heard back from the front desk. The second time I asked, they told me to wait until the next day to sort it out. The next day, they told me to wait one more day for the manager to be available, and they still did not do anything to remedy the situation. After posting a similar review to Google, the hotel responded to the review stating they offered me another room and I declined, and that the smell was due to recently changing the carpets. This is a lie, as I was told they could not offer me another room as all rooms will be the same problem. Had they offered me a room where they didn’t recently stir up a ton of dust from changing the carpets, I would have gladly accepted. Not only is the place filthy, but they are un trustworthy. Do not stay here!

Beautiful and quiet hotel. Service was pleasant and the breakfast was delicious.
