毎日の掃除がきちんとされてなかった。床やシーツ、シーツを替えてないのにはびっくりでした

室内にトイレがなく、またその階で共用というのでもなく各階の階段の中間に設置されていました。ふさがっていた場合の配慮かもわかりません。あとで予約確認書類を見たのですが「共用バスルーム」と書いてありました。トイレがない部屋の経験がなく気づいていませんでしたので、こちらの責任でもありますが。 やはりトイレが室内にないと特に夜間は不便です。

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, reception staff were helpful, I really loved the breakfast and specially the lady named “Bzeb” who served breakfast, she and her daughter both were so kind, helpful, nice people.

Location was great

Fantastic hotel but avoid the transfer service to the airport. We booked transport for €64 (4 people). We were picked up on time but then a trip around Paris begun to pickup other couples to go with the same transport. Each pickup was charged another €64. This felt like a rip off. No problem to get to the airport but a taxi would have been both faster and cheaper.

The staffs were really helpful, especially the ones at the front desk and in the restaurant. However, I wasn't expecting the rooms to be that tiny...I went with the deluxe room, maybe that was my mistake as I was with my family. It wasn't very comfortable staying in the room. Again I wouldn't have minded if it was just me. I probably didn't do a proper investigation making sure it was suitable for a family stay.

Frokosten var helt suveren. Personalet var ok, gjorde det de skulle, men heller ikke mer som man ønsker for en enda bedre opplevelse. Beliggenheten er helt perfekt for en ferie i Paris. Balkongen var utrolig fin på dagene med sol. Interiøret var også veldig innbydende. Alt i alt er veldig bra opplevelse.

Very pleased with this hotel, staff first impression very kind and helpful, approachable throughout stay. We had a deluxe room which was clean and spacious, shower had good flow of water best that I have stayed in Paris. Definitely stay again.

Was a really comfortable stay. Really nice and helpful staff. Prompt responses from concierge and just an all round nice experience. Would like to stay again.

Yeah it was small and very “cosy”. The bathroom was small too. Plus point they had a window that was to open. To get to The wardrobe was tight so don’t store out luggage.

The breakfast was really good and fresh. The property is in an amazing location. They should keep up better with the cleaning of the rooms like more deep cleaning like wiping the doors and walls, mop floors etc. the lady that cleaned was great but the guy not so much. The room has everything you need. We stayed for 6 days. The staff was amazing! I would go back 100%

Really nice staff. The breakfast was normal like it is in the rest of Europe, really basic, coffee and some goodies. The room was clean but it could’ve been better
