毎日の掃除がきちんとされてなかった。床やシーツ、シーツを替えてないのにはびっくりでした

室内にトイレがなく、またその階で共用というのでもなく各階の階段の中間に設置されていました。ふさがっていた場合の配慮かもわかりません。あとで予約確認書類を見たのですが「共用バスルーム」と書いてありました。トイレがない部屋の経験がなく気づいていませんでしたので、こちらの責任でもありますが。 やはりトイレが室内にないと特に夜間は不便です。

Hôtel très soigné et confortable. Je viens souvent en déplacement à Paris et j'ai particulièrement apprécié le soin apporté aux chambres (enceinte blue-tooth, douche confortable, bureau de travail, etc) ainsi que le petit déjeuner (diversité, salade de fruits frais, viennoiseries de qualité, etc). J'y retournerai volontiers!!

Needs renovations, special the bathroom

Easy stay, but shuttle to airport being 24/7 is misleading (taxi was pre-booked easily though) and no room service was tough with a 4 yr old.

Worth every penny. Neighborhood hotel felt like being a Parisian. easy to get around and access to the metro. If you want to fit right in this is the place for you.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re well decorated and clean. The hotel is in a convenient location, just a short walk away from amazing shopping and dining locations. We also found the area to be very safe! Would recommend to anyone traveling to Paris

The hotel room was small, but that is my only complaint. Everything was clean and the staff were really helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel and great location! Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, reception staff were helpful, I really loved the breakfast and specially the lady named “Bzeb” who served breakfast, she and her daughter both were so kind, helpful, nice people.

Location was great

Fantastic hotel but avoid the transfer service to the airport. We booked transport for €64 (4 people). We were picked up on time but then a trip around Paris begun to pickup other couples to go with the same transport. Each pickup was charged another €64. This felt like a rip off. No problem to get to the airport but a taxi would have been both faster and cheaper.

The staffs were really helpful, especially the ones at the front desk and in the restaurant. However, I wasn't expecting the rooms to be that tiny...I went with the deluxe room, maybe that was my mistake as I was with my family. It wasn't very comfortable staying in the room. Again I wouldn't have minded if it was just me. I probably didn't do a proper investigation making sure it was suitable for a family stay.
