家族で利用させていただきました。 隣り同士だったので、利用しやすかったし、お部屋もモダンだった。 もう一泊します。

スタッフが明るく、本当に親切でした。 朝食も美味しい！ 周辺には素敵なレストランがあり駅は2つ利用できて便利です。 また泊まりたいです。 ありがとうございました。

チェックイン時の対応はとても丁寧で安心感がありました。客室は広くないものの、収納やソファー、ハンガー掛けなどが工夫されていて、でもバスルームは充分に広く、エアコンは部屋ごとの操作で、とても快適でした。タオルはふかふか、マットレスと枕は私にはちょうど良く、とても良く眠れました。毎日補充される水、コーヒー、紅茶、お菓子が嬉しかったです。カップが陶器製とガラス製なのも好印象、カード式のルームキーは木製でした。スタッフの対応と設えや備品から、宿泊客への心遣い、一貫したホスピタリティを感じました。地下鉄の駅は徒歩数分に２駅あり、５６番線のバス停留所までは１分もかからず、便利な立地でした。

ホテルはとても綺麗で、デザインも可愛かったです。コンセントもUSBも充実していました。少しシャワールームが汚れいてる部分もありましたが、私は気にならない程度でした。 受付の方もとても親切で、拙い英語にも耳を傾けて理解しようとしてくれました。レストランの予約も助けてくれました。

立地が非常に良く、パリの主要な場所にすぐに行けるような路線がたくさんありました！周辺のマレ地区にはおしゃれなショップやレストランもあり、お散歩にもちょうどよかったです。 朝ごはんは毎日同じものが出ますが、とてもおいしいです。飲み物も充実していました。 シャワーの出がよく、お湯もすぐ出るのでストレスフリーでした。ロクシタンのアメニティが良かったです。 何より、スタッフの皆さんがとても親しみやすく最初から最後まで快適に過ごすことができました。次パリにくるときにも、ぜひ利用したいです！

スタッフの方々がとても優しく親切でした。とてもオシャレなホテルで、アメニティーはロクシタンで部屋に備え付けのエスプレッソメーカーですらオシャレです。 暗くなるとホテル近くを女子1人で歩くのは怖いな、と感じましたが地下鉄の駅も近くて便利でした。

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück,immer frisch aufgefüllt.Schönes kleines,aber sehr ruhiges Zimmer.Ein kleiner Kleiderschrank oder Stange zum aufhängen der Kleiderbügel wäre hilfreich!Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Supertrevlig bemötande och snabb service. Supermåna om sina gäster och bjöd på afternoon coffee eller drink när vi kom tillbaka från en heldag av turistande. Fräscha rum och sköna sängar.

The room was very clean, small but more than enough room for just me. The staff, every one of them, were excellent. For breakfast they had a large array of foods. From bacon and sausage and eggs to bread and an excellent cheese selection, yogurts and cereal and baked goods

A lovely hotel with great staff in an excellent location.

Amazing location right in the heart of Le Marais – everything is within walking distance and it’s a perfect base for exploring Paris. That said, it feels slightly overrated for a 4-star hotel with a 4.8 Google rating. The interior is a little dated and could benefit from some refreshing. We also noticed that a few window locks didn’t close properly, which could use attention. Overall, a great location, but with room for improvement in maintenance and interiors.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. At first it seemed like it was a rather old-fashioned place and not really a nice place to stay, but later it turned out to be a hotel with a very pleasant and family atmosphere. The room was very small but clean, the staff was very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was definitely adequate. The gym is tiny and the "spa" that appears in the advertisement is not really a spa, but just a dry sauna that didn't work. Bottom line - nice and with a family atmosphere.

Excellent accueil, personnel très agréable et toujours prêt à apporter son aide. 4 étoiles seulement car 3 fausses alarmes intempestives le même jour à partir de 6h du matin. La direction s’est excusée et a offert une coupe de champagne en compensation. Attention chambre petite
