家族で利用させていただきました。 隣り同士だったので、利用しやすかったし、お部屋もモダンだった。 もう一泊します。

スタッフが明るく、本当に親切でした。 朝食も美味しい！ 周辺には素敵なレストランがあり駅は2つ利用できて便利です。 また泊まりたいです。 ありがとうございました。

チェックイン時の対応はとても丁寧で安心感がありました。客室は広くないものの、収納やソファー、ハンガー掛けなどが工夫されていて、でもバスルームは充分に広く、エアコンは部屋ごとの操作で、とても快適でした。タオルはふかふか、マットレスと枕は私にはちょうど良く、とても良く眠れました。毎日補充される水、コーヒー、紅茶、お菓子が嬉しかったです。カップが陶器製とガラス製なのも好印象、カード式のルームキーは木製でした。スタッフの対応と設えや備品から、宿泊客への心遣い、一貫したホスピタリティを感じました。地下鉄の駅は徒歩数分に２駅あり、５６番線のバス停留所までは１分もかからず、便利な立地でした。

ホテルはとても綺麗で、デザインも可愛かったです。コンセントもUSBも充実していました。少しシャワールームが汚れいてる部分もありましたが、私は気にならない程度でした。 受付の方もとても親切で、拙い英語にも耳を傾けて理解しようとしてくれました。レストランの予約も助けてくれました。

立地が非常に良く、パリの主要な場所にすぐに行けるような路線がたくさんありました！周辺のマレ地区にはおしゃれなショップやレストランもあり、お散歩にもちょうどよかったです。 朝ごはんは毎日同じものが出ますが、とてもおいしいです。飲み物も充実していました。 シャワーの出がよく、お湯もすぐ出るのでストレスフリーでした。ロクシタンのアメニティが良かったです。 何より、スタッフの皆さんがとても親しみやすく最初から最後まで快適に過ごすことができました。次パリにくるときにも、ぜひ利用したいです！

スタッフの方々がとても優しく親切でした。とてもオシャレなホテルで、アメニティーはロクシタンで部屋に備え付けのエスプレッソメーカーですらオシャレです。 暗くなるとホテル近くを女子1人で歩くのは怖いな、と感じましたが地下鉄の駅も近くて便利でした。

The stafff are very friendly. The room is very small but it’s clean. Be mindful for those with mobility issues that you have to climb into a bath tub to shower and stepping out can be slippery. It’s a very quirky designed hotel. Mid century style. There are lots of restaurant and bars around but so noise does become an issue if you are a light sleeper. Anyways the beds were comfortable and the rooms are clean

Very warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Room is comfortable and has everything we need. It is slightly small but thats Paris.

Friendly and helpful staff. Area is very convenient with 3 metro stations nearby, lots of restos and shops in the area, very walkable. At night you can hear the traffic and crazies on the streets but that’s all over Paris. Sad to see all the graffiti everywhere, even on monuments. Coffee, tea and water provided, small in room safe and treats. Daily housekeeping. Room and bed comfy, washroom decent, need some touch up and shower had no door. Hot water was scorching. 2 fast elevators. Breakfast decent. We would stay here again. No need to bring cash as everyone wants you to tap credit card. No tip required at most places.

Really enjoyed our stay, staff was super attentive and welcoming, rooms were spotless, and nicely decorated, would definitely recommend this hotel . Accommodated our requests, and answered all the questions that we had.

La chambre était petite mais rénovée et sympatique. Au final suffisante pour les 4 nuits que nous y avons passées. Nous avons adoré le petit-déjeuner avec ma fille. Le concierge de nuit était très sympatique, et cherche l'échange avec le client. Merci encore pour le bon séjour.

The staff of this hotel is amazing! All the 3 gentlemen that were checking me in, checking out and helping during my stay were super helpful, professional and went out of their way to make sure my stay is smooth. They accommodated all my requests and even helped with the subway pass problem. 5 stars for service!!!

My wife and daughter who occupied the room found it to be very comfortable and also very quiet. A well positioned hotel for the area they wanted to be in. They were greeted in a welcome drink, an unexpected but very pleasant treat. The staff were courteous and also very helpful with more local knowledge. They are planning a return trip and intend to stay here. Highly recommended.
