小規模のホテルで朝食もゆっくり取れ　清潔で居心地が良かった

キャンセルできませんでした。

3泊した。初日泊まった部屋のシャワールームから水が漏れ床が水浸し。wifiも全くつながらない。布団シーツも破れているし、前に使った人の臭いが残っている。2日目以降部屋を変えてほしいとお願いしたら無理との回答。粘って交渉して3日目に変更可能との返事。ただ、部屋の変更も中々対応してもらえず何度も内線したり直接交渉して変更された。よほど部屋の変更をしたくなかったのだろう。このような辛い状況にもかかわらず既に予約済のこのホテルの7月18日から7月20日までの予約をキャンセルしたいと受付の男性にお願いしたが一切受けてもらえず。二度とこのホテルには近づきたくないのに。 部屋の写真や外装にも嘘が多い。朝食も非常にお粗末。他に宿泊された方のレビューが高めなので信頼して使った、レビューもホテルにより捏造されたものではないかと疑います。どうか7月18日から20日までの宿泊予約キャンセル依頼を受け付けていただき、全額返金してほしい。このホテルにもう1回宿泊するなんて考えただけで憂鬱です。

朝ごはんがおいしかったです（特にクロワッサン）。 Wifiも不便なく使え、部屋も清潔で、お湯もすぐ出ます。 スタッフの対応も必要十分で、親切さも感じます。 周囲にスーパーもあり便利で、治安に不安を感じたことはありませんでした。 廊下の声や物音が良く聞こえ、夜は少し気になりました。

人数分のタオルやアメニティを要求しなくても準備されるまでに3日間かかった。フロントのスタッフは快い対応だったので、まだ良かったけど。ホテルの場所は地下鉄に近いだけでなく、バス路線も4路線くらいあって、とても便利だった。

室内はきれいで清潔。ただ、３つ星ホテルなのに室内に冷蔵庫やセーフティーボックスがなく、シャワーヘッドを掛ける金具が破損しているなど、設備にはかなり問題があった。WIFIはあるが不安定で、よくつながらなくなる。立地は非常にいいだけに、やや残念なホテルだった。フロントなどのスタッフの対応はおおむね良好だった。

Definitely clean. Rather basic, but that comes with a good rate. The rooms are not big, but this time my room was significantly smaller than previous trips.

Metro line 7 is a couple minutes away. Buses close too. Plenty of nearby food options. Staff was great, above average space in the room and beds were comfortable.

The hotel was located a little bit far away from things that I wanted to see, however, the room was comfortable. I was on the fourth floor and the elevator was broken so it was a lot of steps up to the fourth floor. My room was nice and the staff were extremely nice The only thing that I could say about the room was that the wallpaper was peeling off at one area, and the shower appeared to have a bit of mold in it. The television and Internet was not up to par. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely nice.

Small hotel with very small lobby area. The toilet room has a bad smell. The lift was out of order during my stay. When I arrived the hotel, the staff was very nice and helped carrying the luggage upstairs to the fourth floor. Yet when I left after staying for three nights, I asked for the same help but another staff could offer to carry one luggage down for us only. There are no facilities like face tissues, refrigerator or iron etc. Therefore, not quite value for money.

First off, the hotel is on a noisy main street, the hotel itself is very small & basic. Cleaning is very surface, there're mold lines all around the bathroom ceiling and floor, most towels have stains on them, there's no shampoo or tissues. It's very disappointing for the amount they charge which was 30% more than a 4star hotel in the 9th arrondissement just a week prior.

There was mold everywhere. In the bedroom (behind the floor to ceiling curtains), in the bathroom & also there were ants (we were told by the hotel staff that was normal in Spring).

Matress was concave and slopping, so I asked for it to be changed. It was, the second was a little better, but both well past it, and affected my sleep. This echoed a sense of under investment in the place. Lots of small things slightly broken or needing attention. The location was good
