地下鉄や鉄道や長距離バスなどが利用しやすい立地でとても助かりました。

安いなり。普通に泊まる分ならよいが、特別な思い出にはならない。

スタッフはフレンドリーでよかった。施設は古めでエレベーターもないので重い荷物を持って階段を上がっていく人は大変。また、エアコンはなく扇風機。この時期はちょうどよかったけど夏は心配かも。部屋はとても狭いので、そこそこの値段で泊まれればいいや、という人向け。ウォーキングがてらビッグベンあたりまで行ける距離だったので、今回の目的としてまぁ満足。

It's comfortable for a short stay! It's about 10 minutes from Victoria Station, and there's a shop on the way that's open until 10pm where you can buy snacks and drinks. The reception is friendly and helpful. The room amenities are towels, a hairdryer, soap, a kettle and coffee. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is weak.

ガトウィック着の便なのでヴィクトリア駅周辺で探しました。近くに店も多く、地下鉄も3路線あり立地は良好。ファミリールームだったので広さは満足。残念だったのは朝食、コンチネンタルだったので少々寂しい感じでした。総合的には満足でした。

階段全体が急斜面、あとはとても満足

今回2人で宿泊。部屋はトランクを開けるスペースのない程狭いところでした。短期間、寝泊まりするだけなら問題ないと思います。 部屋は綺麗に掃除されており、特にシャワールームにはカビ一つなく、洗面所も、嫌な匂いのする事も全くありませんでした。 WIFIも問題ありません。 受付の人も対応はしっかりとしていて、安全面も考えているようで宿泊者以外の人が入れない様、受付から席を外す時は出入口の扉に鍵をかけていた様です。

The hotel per se is in a good walkable location with Victoria station near its very accesible. Check-in was easy with no issue. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected. My inly issue is the cleanliness of the hotel. The carpet in our room felt sticky and had a funny smell. The bathroom is incredible clean and also upgraded. But the rooms carpet just ruined for us. Staff. Well, not too helpful or should I say flexible. We asked as soon as we checked in I asked for a late check out all the days we were there and their answer was: depending, if we dont have reservations coming However, they had the vacancy sign up all time. Now I asked for only 1 hour late check out. And they were just not flexible. Overall, would look for another option if you have the same budget

Booked the family room, perfect for a place to crash after a long day of sightseeing

The person at the reception desk was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. This is important when you first enter a hotel. The twin bedroom was clean, and all essentials were there, i.e., a tea maker and a hairdryer. The toilet was clean, and the shower wasn't bad and did the job. The beds were comfortable, and the street itself was not noisy. The price wasn't too bad for central London, and it was about eight minutes away from the tube station. It was near a pub and not far from the shops. The only downside was that the stairs were steep and the corridor looked a bit worn and needing a freshen-up. The hotel didnt smell. Overall, my stay there was very welcoming, and I would stay there again.
