地下鉄や鉄道や長距離バスなどが利用しやすい立地でとても助かりました。

安いなり。普通に泊まる分ならよいが、特別な思い出にはならない。

スタッフはフレンドリーでよかった。施設は古めでエレベーターもないので重い荷物を持って階段を上がっていく人は大変。また、エアコンはなく扇風機。この時期はちょうどよかったけど夏は心配かも。部屋はとても狭いので、そこそこの値段で泊まれればいいや、という人向け。ウォーキングがてらビッグベンあたりまで行ける距離だったので、今回の目的としてまぁ満足。

It's comfortable for a short stay! It's about 10 minutes from Victoria Station, and there's a shop on the way that's open until 10pm where you can buy snacks and drinks. The reception is friendly and helpful. The room amenities are towels, a hairdryer, soap, a kettle and coffee. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is weak.

2連泊でしたが、ふつかめは

ガトウィック着の便なのでヴィクトリア駅周辺で探しました。近くに店も多く、地下鉄も3路線あり立地は良好。ファミリールームだったので広さは満足。残念だったのは朝食、コンチネンタルだったので少々寂しい感じでした。総合的には満足でした。

階段全体が急斜面、あとはとても満足

今回2人で宿泊。部屋はトランクを開けるスペースのない程狭いところでした。短期間、寝泊まりするだけなら問題ないと思います。 部屋は綺麗に掃除されており、特にシャワールームにはカビ一つなく、洗面所も、嫌な匂いのする事も全くありませんでした。 WIFIも問題ありません。 受付の人も対応はしっかりとしていて、安全面も考えているようで宿泊者以外の人が入れない様、受付から席を外す時は出入口の扉に鍵をかけていた様です。

The beds were terrible, the room was very small. We were in the basement.

Une jolie surprise. Même si la chambre est petite, l’emplacement est très bien…. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et les serviettes changées à chaque passage, ce que nous avons apprécié. Le petit déjeuné est très correct, nous recommandons cet hôtel

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not think about staying in this place it was the worst experience of our holiday. We stayed here in December 2025 The room was at the very top of a narrow rickety spiral stairs several flights up, which we had to carry our suit cases up. Woke up to no hot water, the front desk did not seem to care about this issue, no suggestions other than a family of 4 having cold showers in the middle of a London Winter, seriously? Don't expect much for the advertised breakfast, a few selections of cereal, 2 slices of toast filtered coffee and some juice, most of the people didn't actually get anything as they ran out of bread and yogurt. I have tried to contact the hotel on 2 occasions and they have just ignored me completely. It is seriously the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Run the other way do not stay here is my advice.

Nice room

A nice budget hotel when you need a bed on holiday in London. Close to all major sights and Victoria station. Very nice and helpful staff at reception. Nice beds. However, we stayed in a room with only one way in and out; so it was a fire trap. Additionally, the continental breakfast is a big disaster - not even the coffee machine worked. So, please, fix the above to turn the hotel into a safe and reasonable budget hotel. - of all budget hotels I have stayed in when in London, this breakfast is the lowest…

Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, freundliches Personal, tägliche Reinigung, ruhige Lage, bequeme Betten. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein und es gibt kaum Möglichkeit, sein Gepäck zu verstauen (6 Kleiderbügel und ein kleines Fach in einem Doppelzimmer). Wir hatten Frühstück inkludiert (Toast, Kaffee/Tee, Säfte, Müsli, Milch, Butter, Marmelade, Nutella, Joghurts). Für unseren Aufenthalt war das Hotel ideal, da wir viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß besuchen konnten und eine gute Underground Verbindung hatten. Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Umgebung. Das Hotel war sehr günstig und von daher ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Nice size room clean staff friendly

Hotel propre, un peu vieillot mais vraiment pas derangeant pour un week end. Personnel au top. Petit dejeuner simple mais correct. Gros point positif : la proximité avec la gare Victoria, buckingham , big ben, westminster , le tout à 20 mn à pied maximum.

It was odd that there was no sink near the toilet. Also soap and shampoo was not refilled every day. Other than that service and area was good and room was comfortable
