フロントのスタッフが皆さん感じ良く親切で、部屋も綺麗で快適だった。又、宿泊したいと思います。もう少し広ければ最高でしたが。

ロビーフロア、お部屋、お風呂、すべてキレイで、お風呂が臭うこともありませんでした。受付が一つで混み合うこともありましたが、対応は丁寧で良かったです。朝食も種類が多く、ナランハジュースの機械が置いてあったり、充実していました。場所は少し裏手ですが、グラシア通りにもすぐ出れるのでオススメです。朝、タクシーも多く通り、割とすぐに捕まりますが、タクシーや近隣施設に言っても知らないことがあるので、場所のカードをもらっておくと良いです。 Lobby and rooms are very stylish. Bath room is very clean, too. The place is close to Ave.Glacia. There are orange juice machine and many types of food in breakfast time. I reccomend this Hotel.

観光するのに立地条件はとても良かったです。スタッフの方もつたない英語が通じて、色々と対応していただけました。子供にもフレンドリーに接していただき、とても感じが良かったです。

フロントでは二階建てバスの予約表を印刷して頂いたり　フラメンコレストランの予約もスムーズに出来ました❗　朝のブッフェも充実していました❗

地下鉄の駅も近く、部屋も快適で、とても良い滞在となりました。

場所は地下鉄からもとても近く、すごく良い。メトロではないプロベンザとい駅からは、３０ｍないくらい。地下で、メトロとつながっているので、大変便利。部屋は狭くもなく広くもない。やや古い感じはするが、床は部屋も廊下も木目で清潔な感じがする。部屋にポット等がない。グラスはある。スタッフは、親切という感じはしないが、煩わしくなくて良い。質問すればきちんと教えてくれる。

The family room was excellent. The shower facilities were also very good, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. It would be even better if one bottle of water per day were provided free of charge. Overall, we had a very enjoyable trip.

Hotel muy bien ubicado cerca de una estación de metro, tienda de conveniencia y de un excelente restaurante. Aparte, las instalaciones del hotel son de primer nivel.

Great breakfast with good choices of food. Conveniently located. Walking distance to some of the great attractions and shops. Many great eateries in the area.

En general, fue una buena experiencia. Muy buena ubicación. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien. El arreglo de la habitación podría ser mejor. Para ser 4 estrella esperaba algo más.

Great hotel with excellent location and amazing staff!! Breakfast was fantastic with several options. Staff were super helpful and genuinely friendly. Mery at the reception was very sweet and super accommodating. She went out of her way in trying to find some information for me. My family of three had a wonderful time and if given a chance will stay again.
