とても過ごしやすかったです

まだ新しくとても清潔 部屋の清掃も良い 観光するのにアールズコート駅はとても便利 貴重品類の忘れ物もスタッフがちゃんと保管してくれていて助かりました。 朝食は特別なものは無いが普通に美味しい。外の物価が高いのでとてもお得感がある。 24h受付に人がいるので安心 スタッフは親切 駅周辺は観光するところはないが、静かで必要なお店はありちょうど良いと思う。パブとかカフェ、パン屋、小さなスーパーもある

アールズコート駅から近い事と高級住宅街のため町は綺麗です。客室はシングルルームに泊まったので大変狭かったが、清潔でした。

スタッフの方が親切で、片言の英語にも丁寧に対応していただけました。24時間フロント対応でした。アールズコート駅も近く、近隣ににM&S foodがあり、とても便利でした。次回のロンドン旅行の際も利用したいホテルです。

I stayed here for 4 nights to watch Wimbledon and sightsee in London. The location was great and the facilities were very clean. The front desk staff were also very friendly. I would like to stay here again when I come back.

次回もここにしよう！と決めました。アールズコート駅はどこにも出やすくて便利な上に、リフトがあるので、重たいトランクを抱えたひとり旅でも安心です。ホテルはリフトが故障中でひと苦労でしたが、その階段さえがんばれば、部屋はきれいだし、静かで快適です。

とても清潔 滞在中のロンドンはとても寒かったが、バスルームが床暖で快適だった。 スタッフがとても親切。 駅から近く、また、どこへも行きやすい。 ヒースローまで1本で行ける。

Great location near the underground 5 min walk

The staff are impatient with me. I stay here for four nights!! Also I had really hard time to contact the staff before the trip Trying to call ahead of international calls but the phone attitude was awfully bad. I could give one star of the staff’s service.

Easy check in Clean room Very pleased

Lovely location and beautiful room. Stayed here to see come alive at Earl’s Court. 8 min walk to the arena. Room was lovely clean and quiet - shower was lovely! Would defo stay here again

Everything was great, we had a garden view room which was just lovely and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was just right and convenient. We had a small problem with the sink in our room when we checked in and the front desk staff came straight away to look at it for us. The location is great, on a nice street super close to Earl's Court underground and with plenty of amenities nearby too.
