Hotel tres bruyant de jour comme de nuit, chambre trés petite, restaurant catastrophique j’ai du renvoyer l’assiette de pates a la sauce tomate a 15€ 2 fois car pas cuites, le personnel est correct mais le service n’est pas bon

Great hotel, I stayed there twice. Hotel staff was super friendly and made my stay very nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Recibimiento lento de más. El conserje me pidió cobrar por adelantado, lo cual y me pareció mal. Me pidió 40 euros de más sobre lo convenido según mi compra en la web. Rectificó parcialmente, pero tras mucho discutir y habiendo gente esperando, tuve que admitir pagar 12 euros más sobre la cantidad que figuraba en nuestro 'contrato'. Quizá debí negarme a pagar esa cantidad, pero ya digo había gente esperando. El sábado de regreso al hotel, a mediodía, tuvimos que reclamar el servicio de limpieza, pues eran las dos y cuarto y la habitación sin hacer. En fin lo del cobro de más, había qu hacérselo ver.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, una sola agradable y cerca de avenida diagonal, solo que la habitación que nos asignaron en planta baja se escuchaba algo de ruido de la gente, todo lo demás muy bien , lo recomiendo, la atención del personal excelente, incluyendo a la principal

Onesto hotel situato in zona molto tranquilla. Ben servito dai trasporti pubblici. Le zone comuni erano migliori della nostra stanza.

It was a beautiful quaint hotel, but in a quiet residential neighborhood. In August, it was tough to find open businesses because they take off two weeks in the summer (cafes, tapas, shops, pharmacy, etc). On a Sunday arrival, I had to search on foot for 20 Min to find anything open for food. It was a bit far from everything, about a 10-15 min taxi everywhere. There is a train station around the corner for access. The room is small but manageable for one; a bit cramped for 2. AC was consistent and the room was clean and quiet.

Excelente estadía. Lástima el ruido por las reformas, pero lo recomiendo altamente.

This is a bit far from all the attractions and still it is noisy a lot at night. Most rooms are closed to the elevators and stairs so you can hear everyone coming and going. The food was cold at breakfast too. The room smelled very bad aswell. Not worth the price, i would say

Nice location, clean and confortable but very noisy rooms: difficult to get good sleep.

Only stayed one night but I would go back
