駅に近いので、徒歩で来れます。また、空港までのタクシーも数多く走っているので直ぐに乗車できます。観光地も地下鉄や徒歩で回れますので、少し遠くへはタクシーも併用すると良いです。部屋のドライヤーがすぐに止まって使えませんでした。サグラダファミリアに出かけるとき、フロントのスタッフが気持ちよく送り出してくれたので、嬉しかったです。

駅から10分。バスタブ付きできれいな部屋です。朝飯もよかったです。

すごく綺麗。広さも充分。清潔感もある。 スタッフも全員感じが良く、言う事なし。 駅からホテルまで少し歩くので夜女性の一人歩きは若干不安があったが、特に何も問題は無かった。 1点、水周りの流れが良くなかったのが残念。バスタブ、洗面台共に。それ以外値段の割にとても綺麗、広い、快適で感動した。

it was ok to stay one night. problem is wall was very thin that heard a lot of noise next room.

Sants駅は国際空港から乗り換えなしで20分程度で着きます。さらに地下鉄で旧市街やサグラダファミリア、スペイン広場なども1本で行けるので便利な駅です。このホテルは、そのSants駅から徒歩5分程度にあり、目の前にスーパーマーケットがあります。ホテル周辺や駅の中にレストランもあるので、行動拠点にするには便利かと思いました。ホテルのスタッフは気さくで色々と注文にも答えてくれて好感が持てました。部屋はE階のつきあたりでした。冷蔵庫に若干カビが生えていたのが気になった以外は、ヨーロッパの普通のホテルの様にコンパクトにまとまっていました。ディスカウント価格で入れたので、次回行く事があって同じ価格ならまた利用しようかと思います。

スペイン広場より歩いて１０分程度でサンズ駅から５分も掛からない立地条件は良いです。 ただ、周囲の人に聞いても知っている人があまりいないような感じです。 フロントの人は、とってもフレンドリーな人でした。 部屋の中は、まぁまぁでしたが、お湯を沸かすポットがないのが残念。 アメニティグッツやセキュリティBOXないのも少し残念。 それ以外は、水量やトイレも悪くなかったです。 贅沢を考えなければ良いホテルと思いました。

Property is a 10 minute walk to the train station. Staff was very helpful with any request and were always available to assist as requested. Plenty of dining options nearby all within walking distance. Room was clean, comfortable and AC worked well. Overall excellent experience at the property.

Nice clean place. Rooms are large but vinyl planking in hallways and rooms makes it very noisy, especially when other guests come home late and you can hear the heels echo in the room and hallways. They need some rugs.

I had many problems during my one night stay at this hotel. Check in took very long because their system was down, so they couldn't give anyone a room key. Meaning we had to wait along with others for one staff member to run and unlock our rooms, which I found not secure because anyone could claim they stayed in a room and they didn't check identity or verify. Then, as soon as I walked in my room I noticed there was still waste in the toilet, and it had not been cleaned. There was no WiFi the entire stay, which made it difficult for me to plan any excursions or talk to family back home. The air conditioning in my room didn't work and it was so hot and uncomfortable. There is absolutely no soundproofing, and the rooms are connected through the bathroom vent, so you can hear when a person goes to the bathroom; what they're doing in there and can smell it. To make matters worse a lot of people in the hotel smoked in the non-smoking rooms which floated to my room, and there was no possible window to open and no AC so all my clothes smell like cigarettes. To top it all off my room didn't have hot or warm water to shower with. When I let staff know, they were extremely apologetic and gave me a free hard cider as compensation, which was very appreciated but cannot take away from my horrible experience. I have been to 4 different hotels my entire stay in BCN and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if you value comfort, and safety while traveling.
