受付のスタッフがすごくフレンドリーで優しかったです。 ご飯も美味しくてとても良かったです。 強いて言えば、冷蔵庫があったら良かったです。 それ以外は大満足でした。

グエル公園に徒歩15分くらいで行ける場所にあり、サクラダファミリアもバスで20分ほどで行けるため観光するのに良かった。 フロントの方の対応もかなり良く、快適に過ごすことができた。

スタッフは良心的でした。

ホテルの方々がみな非常にフレンドリーで親切。24時間誰かしらフロントにいるので安心。若干日本語が話せるスタッフもいた。また地下鉄の最寄駅から徒歩15分くらいかかるが、ホテルの目の前にバス停があるため、バスを使った移動は便利。スペインではどこも一緒だと思うが、Wi-Fiの接続の不安定性と通信速度の遅さにはイライラする。とはいえ、総じて良いホテルであった。

グエル公園に近い。メトロからは10分以上は歩き、坂が多い為スーツケースを引いての移動は大変だと思う。サクラダファミリアやサン・パウ病院はホテルから歩いて行ったが、下り坂なので、思ったよりは楽だった。 値段を考慮すると悪くはない。

スタッフの対応よく、チェックイン時に交通のことや観光のことを教えてくれた。 清潔で使いやすい部屋だった。 立地はカタルーニャ広場から少し離れているが、バスで1本。道が混んでいると少し時間がかかるが…地下鉄の駅までは少し歩く。

悪いところはないが、特によいところもない。値段がもうワンランク低ければお勧めできるが、現状では勧めない。

Excelente hotel. Lo mas destacable fue la atención del personal (Lucas, Karen, Dolores y Tamara), muy atentos y amigables. Desayuno muy bueno y con variedad.

I was only staying for one night so I didn’t mind that the room had bare minimums. It felt more like a private room in a hostel. The staff is super nice and super helpful. The breakfast was very fulfilling.

Perfect hotel! Room was clean, and was cleaned every day, staff were so helpful and friendly and offered to store my luggage after checking out since my flight was late at night. The staff are all so friendly and absolutely amazingly helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The location is amazing, I was able to walk to Park Guell and Bunkers del Carmel super easily, and the metro was under a 10min walk away. The hotel is next to Line 4 (L4) which is such a convenient train line that takes you directly to the Gothic Quarter / El Born / the heart of the city. Felt so at home here! Am definitely thinking about booking to stay here again for next time.

Personale accogliete, comera pulita, colazione dolce e salata abbondante. La fermata del bus, situata proprio sotto l'hotel, è comoda per raggiungere tutti i posti d'interesse.

Localisation idéale, personnel très agréable et sympathique et bon peti déjeuner. L'insonnorisation des chambres pourrait être améliorée.

Booked this 2 star hotel, advertised at about £95 a night, for a week's holiday. Have to say that the room, though perfectly clean, was disappointingly basic. There were shelves and a hanging space that you couldn't call a wardrobe, and the desk/table was just a fixed shelf with a plastic chair. The worst disappointment was that when checking the bill I found I had been charged over £200 for four of the seven nights. The excuse was that there was a big conference going on in Barcelona. No delegates were to be seen at breakfast, and the hotel did not appear to be fully booked for those 4 days. That room was not worth £200 a night. Pure profiteering.

Personeel is erg vriendelijk, helaas de kamer erg gehorig en warm. De airco deed het niet. Douchen in bad is niet meer van deze tijd en een gordijn is niet zo fris. Ontbijt was erg lekker.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff from the night crew to the day crew was outstanding. I was there as a tourist with little knowledge of the area. They helped me find exactly what I needed from entrainment to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had something for everyone’s taste.
