部屋、ベッドは清潔にしてあるが、壁が薄いため隣のいびきが聞こえた。TVはイタリア語の放送のみ。無料Wifiあり。受付の人は親切。ペルージャ駅からミニメトロを使うと便利。

「ウンブリアの丘とアッシジを眺める」との記載でこのホテルにしたのですが、部屋は窓が無く、建物に囲まれた使われていないテラスらしき所へ出るドアからかすかに外が見えるのみでがっかりしました。部屋の電球は切れたまま、暖房が弱く寒かったです。廊下は常に暗く、通る時に自分で電気をつけます。エレベーターが無いので階段でスーツケースを運ぶのが大変でした。 場所はミニメトロの終点Pincettoで下車し徒歩５分位、狭い路地にあります。チェントロのすぐ下なので立地は良かったと思います。

The room was clean, spacious and modernised…. The heating was weak, temperature rovered around 19C, on the cold side.

Buon hotel e buona posizione

Our room was spotless and comfy. The hotel is in a great location in the historic center and an easy walk to the bus station.

Firstly the hotel is a nightmare to get to if you have a car, you had to make your way through parked cars up a very narrow lane. Receptionist spoke little English. Carpark was away from the hotel, hard to find with instructions given. Room a nightmare to get to with a case, third floor, no lift, 60 stairs to climb. Hotel was supposedly non-smoking, it stunk of weed/marijuana. Breakfast ordinary, stale croissants and bad coffee. Would not stay hear again.

Sem elevador. Quarto simples, mas colchão e travesseiros bem confortáveis. Não tem barulho de rua, mas dá para ouvir tudo do quarto vizinho.Banheiro bem pequeno. Manchas no chão do box, mas deve ser do calcáreo da água. O café da manhã é pago à parte (€4,00), sendo só um corneto e um café ou capuccino. Tem só 3 mesas e 2 banquetas. A probabilidade de tomar o café da manha em pé é grande. A recepção funciona das 8:30 às 11 e das 14 às 23 hs. Você recebe uma chave da porta da rua para o caso de não ter ninguém na recepção. É bem perto do centro histórico e da estação Pincello do minimetro

Sehr schwierig zu erreichen, in einer dunklen engen Gasse. Parkhaus ziemlich weit entfernt.Das erste Zimmer war ebenerdig mit Türe direkt auf die Gasse ohne Fenster! Nach Reklamation bekamen wir dann ein Zimmer im 2. Stock.

Close to the MiniMetro to and from the train station.

Disappointing stay, although the staff were very nice. The bathroom is tinier than tiny - luckily we’re both small but many people wouldn’t fit in it. The internet signal was not strong enough to connect. Every time someone stepped into the hallway our door shuddered and sounded like someone was trying to open it. The photos on are very deceptive. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

B&B gradevole e pulito. Strategico per girare in centro. Senza ascensore e terzo piano da raggiungere 😂

Albergo semplice ma molto pulito. Ottima la posizione, 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale, zona con molti locali, sicura per spostamenti anche di sera ma silenziosa. Unica nota negativa no ascensore e bagno piccolo (cmq con doccia funzionale)

The property is within walking distance to main attractions, and the stay was comfortable and decent overall. A good option for a short visit.

Was quiet and comfortable, shower was amazing. Also the staff were very welcoming and accommodating let me drop my bag off early and let me keep it there after check out so I could still explore the city
